Fabulous! We would definitely stay there again!

Breakfast was great something for everyone! Very clean a quiet room. Newer motel and nice surrounding area. Staff was wonderful and very professional!

Great stay, great location, nice staff, clean and enjoyable

The location was great! And the suite was clean and a great size for a family

When leaving the pool, the main door leading into the hallway is tiled floor and was slippery for those just walking by and those leaving the pool

I would stay there again.

Very clean facility. Well staffed by helpful, hardworking people.

Rooms on back side had a little more traffic noise, but not the hotel’s fault.

Perfect for what we needed.

The breakfast was great and the cook/supervisor was especially friendly and dedicated.

We missed some toiletry items that we thought are normally included (body wash, shampoo, etc.) but maybe they weren't included with this property.

Nice overall experience

Very good breakfast, large size of room, nice shower.

Housekeeping should change your sheets every day not every three days. That’s kind of gross. Also they should vacuum better. I think your shampoos and conditioners are too small. Products installed in shower that include bath wash are more convenient and those products can be bought in bulk to be cost effective and then just refilled. That’s how Hyatt does it.

Clean rooms, lovely staff, beautiful hotel! The price was much better than other similar hotels in the area and so worth it. Very comfortable!

The breakfast didn't have much variety and there was almost nothing for vegans.

Our stay here was comfortable and nice! They made it easy and enjoyable!

It was cute and easy to find!

The room didn’t have any light, only two small lights in the room that were not bright at all. I wonder if a kid bag was missing.

How friendly and accommodating the staff was. The room was clean so was the halls, pool area and dining area

The toilet was flooded when we got there and they just handed us a plunger. Gross. And the bed was uncomfortable

food not the best - adequate for short term - location good - staff very helpful - room very restful but dark for seeing to make coffee - it met our needs - thank you

although the bathroom was very nicely fitted, the shower head is awful - too high - sprays on opposite wall and is doing water damage - appeared clean

the hotel is nice and the staff are nice but double charging and an additional charge once prepaid, meh.

everything was clean and updated

the new system for checking in double charged my stay and added an additional amount. I booked through booking.com prepaid via PayPal and was charged again on my credit card that was suppose to be for incidentals only, and then a third nights charge showed up when I was only there for 2 nights. 😑

The beds and rooms are comfortable, clean, and our stay was great.

The location was excellent with close proximity to the freeway and Eugene. We enjoyed the Hop Valley Brew Pub nearby. The front desk young man was personable and friendly.

The only thing I thought could be improved was the coffee. In the room and at breakfast it just wasn’t flavorful.

Location was great and so was breakfast. Rooms were clean and customer service was great.

Pillows were very uncomfortable. Rooms were warm and AC was restricted to only 65. Which kept shutting off.

Cleanliness Comfort Breakfast

No hot tub in the pool area Quite individual but the pillows were too soft for us. Would be good to have pillows with different firmness.
