There's is no night schedule for the staff When I arrive there was no one at the front desk. There was some confusion at the time of the payment.

Friendly staff, comfortable ambience, clean pool. Good home-style restaurant attached with direct access, excellent soups and variety of local dishes, tasty steaks and shellfish - served to your room for no extra charge. Many other places to eat nearby, including good coffee shops and restaurants in the Bambú mall opposite - including a branch of the famous Típicos Margoth, which is v popular and excellent value. Skip Brutto (over-salted expensive food, but a good view).

Steep slope to hotel from street - not easy for anyone with walking difficulties. Industrial bread with the traditional breakfasts, when tortillas (even if toasted from frozen) would be a better offering. The shared toilet is best avoided - the fault of some guests, not the sraff. Proximity of some noisy music venues.

Place was very beautiful, staff was very nice

Parking was very cramped and the place a little hard to find. Would like to have someplace to put soap and shampoo in the shower.

Very friendly staff, we felt at home. Good Wifi, digital TV, modern AC. All the equipment worked as intended. Good value for money. Clean enough and serviced daily.

The building needs refurbishments. If you expect a more upscale hotel, pay more and book somewhere else. You get what you pay for. We stayed for eight nights and looked for an economic solution this time.

The hotel is located around several restaurants and malls. The breakfast was good and there were lots of options. The hotel itself is cute and we were able to get rooms next to each other, they also helped us arrange pick up from the airport.

Not the hotel's fault, but it's a fairly loud area at night with lots of bars around. The nightly rate seemed a little high to me.

Great location, english speaking staff, clean, comfortable and everyone very friendly and helpful. especially Javis and Alba. Beds comfortable and air con quiet and efficient.

Nothing! However, be aware that pedestrian access to the hotel is up a short, steep acceess road so if you have trouble walking, this will be a challenge.

Unfriendly reception who lost a repeat booking by trying to extract cash for a short delay in check out and taking a couldn’t care less attitude.

First of all the staff are very helpful, warm and welcoming. The hotel is clean, has incredible breakfasts included and my room had a small fridge which was very handy too. The pool was stunning and just right for small people to enjoy too. Great location and we happily walked around the area. Uber was also handy to get around with. Not yellow or unmarked cabs.

Nothing we didn't like. Just be aware, if you arrive late (we arrived at midnight) and be prepared to leave your ID - passport or drivers licence (I left the later) with the guard over night, as check-in needs the receptionist and your ID for security, not just your booking email. This worked out fine.

We chose this hotel because it was close to Republik Bar. It was very secure, gated, and with security guards. The facility was clean, modern, well kept. I highly tecomend!

The staff made a mistake with the amount of guests per room The room didn't had a coffee machine and the breakfast started until 7am the price is a bit high.

Everything was excellent. The garden was beautiful and the breakfast was very fresh and delicious. I had a good experience over all.
