Excellent location right on Kamala beach

Excellent location, loved being able to walk out of the hotel with the beach, restaurants and massage places at your door step. Friendly staff. Nice big spacious room. Bathroom perhaps in need of an upgrade and amenities were quite basic. The hammock to use was a nice touch! Loved the pool access room to wander out to the pool.

The room did have a bit of a funny musty smell but it wasn’t the worst.

We got a connecting room, both rooms were massive. Clean... Comfortable beddings.

Beach front, friendly staff and nice room service. Very spacious room.

Most beautiful hotel. Small, cozy, beach front. The street had lots of restaurants, massages, shopping.

Very welcoming and decently priced hotel with supremely comfortable rooms

The room was very comfortable, the bed was lovely and the bathroom had a super jacuzzi bath. Very decent price. Good balcony to look out onto the view. Everything kept very clean. I don't normally spend too much time in a hotel room other than to sleep, however for this trip I ended up using the room more than usual and I really appreciated how comfortable it was. Very handy for local restaurants and shops.

You must remember to book breakfast with a form the night before. It's not onerous at all but it's easy to forget. You'll want to go up the beach a bit to swim as it's near an inlet but there are plenty of places nearby to get a deckchair and hang out all day. The room had a roof terrace but it wasn't too appealing and somewhat spartan, although the view was great.

Excellent time!

Pretty much everything went well. We had a view of the ocean from our room. It was wonderful. We could walk to the beach just off to the right of our room over a little bridge. We loved the hardwood floors and large bathroom. We plan to go back as soon as we can.

The process to order breakfast could be a little clearer. We had to mark up a sheet the night before to get breakfast in the morning. It wasn't clear how much food we would get. We were a little disappointed with this process.

Very good

The room was spacious and very clean. Bed was beautifully comfortable. Beautiful linen - fluffy towels.Staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. WiFi signal was excellent. The hotel was surprisingly quiet, despite being on a rather busy main road.

My hotel overlooked the beach, which was lovely, but my room was situated directly above the sewage outlet which emanated a rather unpleasant smell, and there was quite a lot of foot traffic going past my room as there was a bridge directly outside, connecting the beach and the sidewalk.

Excellent neighbourhood to seek information and understand about how the Phuket expats and common business owners live

nicely located at the friendly Kamala Beach neighbourhood. There are many decent mini tour stalls, restaurants, amenities and beach accessories stores that made the neighbourhood really really warming. Peaceful and no loud music to disturb our rest during rest hours. Nice beach facing for level 2 units.

Beachfront gem in the heart of Kamala

Great little hotel right on the beach. Beautiful views and sea breeze as you sit on your balcony or swim in the pool. Rooms are a good size and comfortable. Hotel is right next to lots of shops and restaurants.

The rooftop is nice but it is way too hot in the daytime to sit up there. We did use it at night however.

Relaxing and atmospheric.

Breakfast is served to the terrace with a beach view. Room is equipped with virtually everything.

Remote control system for electrical devices like A/C doesn’t work reliably.

Layalina, a perfect 3 day stay!

It's a lovely hotel. The room is beautiful with amazing sea views from the balcony and from bed. Super comfy bed, interesting concept for the bathroom where you can bathe in the jacuzzi and see out to the beach, if you're feeling a bit exhibitionist! . Mini bar, hairdryer, hammock for balcony. Loved the central control for all the lights etc, you can turn everything on and off from bed. There's also a private sunbathing area on the roof. The staff are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. We had a superb stay!

It's a bit expensive, but worth it! The only thing I would improve is the complimentary coffee in the room - instant Nescafe, yuck!

Loved it. Wish i could have stayed longer

The room was amazing. Beautiful views of the beach coupled with quality timber furnishing, and of course the jacuzzi. I was quite surprised with this place, in a very good way. The breakfast wasn't so great, but the room was definitely A++, and i'd recommend it to anyone who wants a spacious and luxurious room, with a gorgeous view. Staff are also extremely attentive and helpful.

Breakfast was average... not much of an issue though.

The hotel is very cosy and clean. It is clear that they renovate the rooms from time to time, because it felt modern, but authentic at the same time. The bathroom was a bit older than the main room. The location is super close to the beach, and you can the hear the ocean from your room. Our room was on the first floor, so we didnt have a lot of privacy.

Breakfast could have been better - it is very very basic toast and egg and tea, the eggs were a little runny, and there is no local fruit to it. But they serve it to your own room, which is absolutely lovely!

The wifi was terrible and the card machine was having trouble so I was unable to make a card payment. Had to withdraw cash at a nearby ATM with a ridiculous fee.

view was ok, hotel is on the beach.

In bed i saw bedbugs... :( first night one glass broken in my room. I saw they charge it in chect out :)) It is ok no problem but these kind of hotels they dont need to charge it, it is funny. And one morning I told to reception for wake up service for 07.00 in morning but they forgot :) there is no alchool in minibar

The common areas, reception etc are all a bit tired. But it didn't matter all that much.
