Great stay,

The hotel is located in the south of the town center, its very well connected. Many dining opportunities and sightseeing places are nearby. My room had a good size and it had a nice coffee machine.

Pleasant

For 2 nights,I was quoted under 400 dollars. My total bill was 537,was disappointed.

Won’t be staying again.

Nice interior design. Older gentleman at the reception area was very friendly and helpful.

Room had shaved hair in the bathroom and hairs on the lounge chair. Windows do not block outside noise causing waking up every time a motorcycle drives by. Room was next to the staff room which lead to hearing constant noise from the hallway. Receptionists can be more attentive to at least acknowledge guest’s presence.

Wonderful.

Wonderful hotel. Very clean room, good quality towels and bed linen, comfortable bed. The room is not big, but has all that I need. No carpet in room, that what I love. The staff are very friendly. The hotel located in 15 min walk from the downtown area ( Riverwalk, Millennium mile) or 8$ by the Uber. CTA Roosevelt station in 5 min walk from the hotel. It was very convenient for me to get to the Midway airport. Also I liked the breakfast at the hotel.

Absolutely perfect.

Staff was fantastic. Interior design and lake view was also fabulous. A perfect stay. I’ll definitely return.

The quality of the toilet paper was rather low.

Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again

Boutique hotel with an on-site bar and restaurant.

Was a little quaint, and yes it’s Chicago, but the rates could be cheaper

The price they charged me at the hotel was different from the one I had on Bookin. I did check in at 2 am and there was no one to check out, they took my email and room but never received information about deposit return, really lacking a lot of customer service

Excellent! Would stay again.

Nice, clean room, comfortable bed, everything felt/looked very elegant/luxurious, even the little gym was not bad at all (for a hotel gym)

There was a festival going on outside so there was noise and loud music being played the whole weekend but that's obviously not the hotel's fault, it's just the location and the proximity to the park next to it. But it is something to keep in mind.

Can't wait to come back!

Loved the location, the comfortable Eames chair next to the floor to ceiling windows next was great for enjoying the view. We had dinner and breakfast at the Grant Park Bistro in the lobby, food and service was great. Liked the extra details - qi charger on the alarm clock, robe and slippers, bluetooth speaker / bathroom mirror.

It really was great, the hair dryer needed replacing but was not really an issue.

Will never use Bookings.com again nor stay at this hotel

Rooms were not ready. Only had 3 rooms of the 4 we reserved. Spent almost 3 hours at front desk trying to get our rooms.. One room was dirty. Breakfast service was terrible. Rooms were not in the category booked.

Very good

Love the bathroom the Bluetooth mirror was the best feature in the bathroom.

The front desk took an extra payment but everything was resolved by the next business day.
