Breakfast was poor and when a local holiday it's was worse the staff were ignorant and very poor in all aspects of the stay very expensive for a poorly run hotel ,dirty and the rooms very dated and the laundry very expensive 0*

The frustrating stay

1. The room service crew was friendly and cooperative

1. For the biggest 5 stars hotel in town the experience was very disappointing 2.Upon check-in.there was no toothpaste, toothebrush and slippers in the room .. we had to ask for them 3.The A/C in the room stopped to work by itself several times . 4.The breakfast lack variety that is found in a 5 star hotel . 5.There is no Iron inside the room , and you have to search for Ironing rooms that are scattered on different floors .. which were closed or broken most of the times (and you need to go and find them yourself .. such a waste of time) 6.The water in the bathtub didn't drain proberly.(which means when you step in the shower, water from the previous tenant present)

Needs a refresh but overall satisfactory. We would return but mainly because there is no better hotel in Beer Sheva.

we have stayed here before. This time we had 2 rooms for 2 nights. We like the location and the pool.

We were in rooms on business floor. The business lounge was out of service. Disappointing. A few years ago we enjoyed that lounge and refreshments. The hallway on our floor 9 was smelly like smoke. The food at the breakfast buffet could use improvement. For example the shakshuka and other egg dishes are always overcooked so the egg yolks are hard. We found it strange that the breakfast buffet had pasta, ravioli etc which are not breakfast food. would like quiche, bagels, and crepes and better fruits. We did enjoy the salads and cheese selection. Swimming pool: the rules are not enforced by the lifeguard: A couple of children were running around the edge of the pool, jumping in etc is unsafe. Lifeguard/staff on duty ignored them.

The staff was wonderful and extremely accommodating. The room was lovely, and a warm welcome with a fruit platter and wine made us feel like royalty❤️

Very nice staff, trying hard but that can't compensate the need of major renovation

We travelled for a family event, and the location of the hotel was very convenient for it. The breakfast was a regular Israeli breakfast. The staff is trying very hard and giving extra perks. However the hotel is old and in the major need of renovation

The hotel is long overdue for the renovation. The carpet in the room is old and stained, the bathroom is clean but also old fashioned . No iron in the room, had to go to the other floor to use an iron, which was old and stained my dress.

Excellent service, great location, clean and comfortable. Dining room staff were also excellent.

Dinner was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful. Linoy was fantastic and answered all my questions prior to checking in.

The only thing was that the room was a little cold due to switching the air conditioning to cool. There was extra bedding so it wasn't an issue in the end.

Room was dirty. carpet was filthy. Carpet by bathroom was wet. missing towels. Poor attitude by the front desk when above was brought to their attention.

Would not go there again.

The breakfast was delicious.

Staff was unable to use their IT systems and couldn't check us in (took 1+ hour for a group of 9 people...). While this can of course happen, there was no apology or offered water or suggestion to solve it later and let us go to the room first, while they solve their problem.
