No many choices in Tiberias

Location is good. You can have a good view of sea of galilee in the room.

The hotel is too old and not quiet in the morning because of ships in the lake.

Acceptable, but not more.

View to the lake.

The hotel is a bit old. The room was clean, but the parquet was swollen, the doorway was gouged, and the closet was broken. The bathroom was also old and made small problems. Tiny variety of food. In general, for this money, I had better conditions in Israel.

Great!

I loved our clean and spacious room plus friendliness/helpfulness of the staff. Breakfast buffet was great. The lake view from our balcony was stunningly gorgeous due to the compound effect of the Lake's tranquility and historical significance. We also loved the boardwalk, variety of restaurants and shops nearby. A little boat ride we took was an extra bonus.

Sounds of the music from the boardwalk might be a bit too much in late evening, but in all fairness it is not really the hotel's fault or something the hotel has control over. Just something to be aware perhaps...

Lots of extra fees

The location

I booked the room for a set price on booking and upon arrival to the hotel they charged me whole lot more!!! For tax, when I’m not even an Israeli citizen and a fee for a baby!!! What in the world?!

the room keeper was very friendly and forward coming.

Our daughter had to leave early on day of departure, at 7.00 h in the morning. In order to have breakfast, we ordered a breakfast box the evening before. She waited from 7.00 - 7.15 in the morning for the box, talking to the receptionist. Then she left without any breakfast. We received the box instead, much later. No apologies of the receptionist. She was not friendly and blamed the kitchen.

Very poor check in. Reception staff with very little local knowledge.

Location was fairly central. Breakfast was quite good but on busy days long queues for coffee etc.

Waited 3.5 hours for check in. Not phoned when room was ready. Sent to wrong room. Other guests sent to the same room as us. Reception staff knew nothing about local facilities and often gave us false information.

Keep looking

I paid an extraordinary amount for one night here Bc it is the busiest week of thr year. This hotel was a Super 8 at Ritz Carlton prices. Everything is worn down, old, semi broken. Totally needs a full renovation by Fattal. Staff was nice and breakfast was decent if you get there very early before the crowds. Then it’s kinda gross. Good location but your better off staying at a diff part of thr kinneret
