Highly recommended!

I have written less than a handful of reviews but this hotel definitely deserved good feedback! Actually, I don’t even know where to begin with how great everything was: the location, the surrounding atmosphere, the interior, available equipment, kitchen facilities, etc. EVERYTHING was AWESOME! Extremely friendly and helpful service. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. The room itself seemed brand new and very clean. The bed was also insanely comfortable. I highly recommend Level Richards and can’t wait to return back! If you are in Vancity, give this gem a chance and you will be so HAPPY you did! Thanks for making my stay in Vancouver that much better, guys! You are awesome! See you soon.

Level Richards offers me an excellent living experience since I have stayed in vancouver downtown! I’m a newcome in this city but I haven’t suffered too much homesickness in this new country because of level Yaletown! Polite attitude of every staff, comfortable environment and supportive activities toward customer’s requirements, this place is one of my favorites in this country and trying my best to stay here for longer !

The best place for a long stay

Level is an amazing place for a long stay. It has absolutely everything you need and the facilities are amazing! The staff are so friendly and helpful too. I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay when moving to Vancouver.

Good apartment in Vancouver.

It was a nice apartment. It had everything we needed for a long stay. Very polite and nice staff. Especially Caesar.

Very poor internet speed. Very sensitive fire alarm system. It went off 3 or 4 times in a month.

Legendary staff that go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable — thanks team Level for making Vancouver feel like home for me and my pet.

For long stays, it would’ve been beneficial to be able to re-arrange the room to be more friendly for “work from home”. The furniture is bulky and difficult to rearrange.

Would love to stay again - apartment was quiet, spacious, clean and immaculate.

The location was great - close to restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable about the facilities and the area. We always were greeted when we came back which made it feel like home!

Stayed in Levels for about a month, and it was awesome experience for me! All the Staffs and Managers were definitely kind, caring and Sauna/Pool was great too :)

Room keeping service was a bit dissatisfying, tbh T_T

Broken Wi-Fi. Super expensive for a really small room.

Good location in Yaletown.

Wi-Fi simply didn’t work. I complained three times about it to reception, but nothing was done. Other than that, parking spots were quite small. I have a small car, but even my car wouldn’t fit. I had to complain about it to reception too. Lastly, when I asked to stay another week, they increased my rent. So pretty stressful experience in general.

Good

I really appreciate how modern and new all the furniture and facilities are. I like the fact that weekly cleaning is offered as well. The building is located in a very convenient area, close to buses, stores and restaurants, and I can easily walk to nice parks in the neighborhood.

There are not very many aspects I could complain about. The water pressure is not as strong as I would like, but it’s a minor issue since everything else works fine.
