highly recommend! the best in selcuk! most clean!

the owner Adam is such a perfectionist & the most friendly sweet Turkish man we met! no fixed checkout time here, it was just amazing to hear that!! what was even more unbelievable was at checkout when time came for payment Adam asked us if we enjoyed our stay, & if our answer was no, he said “he doesn’t charge the guests” !! can u believe it ?!! such kind of “not working just to make money kind of people” exists even today!! we were also very surprised by the immaculately well maintained house keeping & upkeep of the place! the paint job was perfect on the walls not a spot of dirt! such a warm wonderful place .Adam was so warm ,friendly , welcoming, Hospitable, accommodating in every request.. we are vegetarians who don’t eat egg either, .. he was so sweet & thoughtful, he made sure to make local vegetarian dishes just for us..he looked into everything himself!! he even extended the breakfast hours for us beyond the regular time, as we woke up late & he was absolutely understanding about it ! it was our first time we received such warm accommodating extended breakfast hours in turkey—AND WITH A BIG SMILE 😃 !! Adam gave us so much time & guided us for our itinerary in selcuk! wish we had spent more than just 1 night in the wonderful hotel & owner !!

the ground floor rooms near the kitchen side can a bit noisy in the morning, Bcoz of activity.. the bathrooms are a bit small.. otherwise JUST A WONDERFUL BEAUTIFUL PLACE

Nos attentes ont étés comblés ! L’annonce correspond à l’offre que nous avons reçu et c’était très appréciable (chose rare en Turquie). L’établissement est charmant, propre et bien entretenu. Le personnel est gentil et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est digne des grandes tables !

Unforgettable experience in Selcuk

The owner was amazing! So friendly and hospitable. He has the most wonderful energy. He arranged our tours and transfers. We loved the breakfasts and the pool too.

Fun short stay

Great breakfast, friendly staff, good location, the pool was gr8 on the hot day we were there.

Bar fridge in the room was noisy with a bright light, we turned it off. Hotel corridor is dark, front desk area looks a bit shambolic. Garden needs lawn mown and general tidy.

Wonderful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at this gorgeous, small hotel in Selcuk. Just the right size and perfectly positioned to see the sights. Then so lovely to relax in the garden by the pool in the afternoon. The Turkish breakfast was delicious too! Erdem was extremely helpful providing advice about local sights and organising transfers for us. I couldn’t fault this hotel in any way.

Friendly staff, good location, hotel has character.

The location was great - we only got one taxi to Ephesus, for everything else we walked. The staff were brilliant, very welcoming. Breakfast was good.

If you wish to stay in the Ephesus area, the Livia Garden can’t be beat.

The location on the “historic” edge of Selçuk was great for walking to several sites, e. g. the temple of Artemis, the excellent small museum of Ephesus, the basilica of St. John. Hotel staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean and modern and tasteful. and the Hotel restaurant was superb, with an excellent young chef.

Surprise boutique hotel with gracious hosts and a delightful garden.

Such a wonderful welcome! The staff were lovely, the garden was delightful, the position was perfect! Really delicious breakfast included. The hotel went out of their way to make sure we maximised our time and shared best times to visit Ephesus.

All very comfortable so can't think of anything negative.

Good Turkish breakfast, but it is same everyday. 750 meters from bus station and train station but very difficult to drag suitcase since it is cobblestone streets. From train station it is even more difficult because it is steep uphill from station

We'd been tossing up staying in Izmir, Kusadasi, or Selcuk, and we were really glad we chose this hotel in Selcuk. The staff were really nice and the hotel was super convenient to both the town and the attractions. We ended up renting a car and had been a little concerned about parking at the hotel, but we ended up parking right out the front each time (along with a number of other people who'd clearly rented cars as well). The room was lovely too!

Wonderful stay

Livia Garden hotel is a small boutique hotel which is well located in a quiet area of Selcuk .Erdem the manager leads a wonderful team who are extremely efficient,courteous and always smiling! The room is absolutely clean and attention to detail is visible . They have a small pool which we didn’t use .The breakfast is excellent and on our check out day - they served us at 7 am as we had a flight to catch .

The place to stay when visiting Ephesus.

I really recommend this place to stay. The host did us an upgrade, besides he was one of the nicest hosts I've ever met, very respectful, educated, friendly and available to help and enlighten the principal attractions nearby. The only suggestion I can give is, on breakfast, to have more options to lactose intolerant/allergic people, like Goat/Sheep cheese (it's better than cow for intolerant people) and/or vegetal milk (soy, almond, etc).

A warm wellcome from the manager and he gave us a lot of information for to visit Ephesus ,Basilica etc. I realy liked the hotel architecture and design.Nice garden and swimming pool where you can have a good dinner .Large, nice bedrooms very confortable and spotlessly clean . Brekfast delicious and good variety.Perfect location to visit everything.Staff really nice .

problems with rest at night, breakfast and internet, otherwise nice

- nice property, nice garden - clean room

- internet got disconnected all the time and impossible to reconnect - breakfast was scarce and very simple. it looks gorgeous on picture, but almost nothing in reality - noisy in the night: loud checking in people during the night; muezzin wakes you up at 6am, as well as roosters

The location is great. 3 km a way from ephses and many museums, coffe shops and restuarant are around the hotel you can reach them within 5 munt. wallking. The breakfast so delicious. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They arrange trips to ephses and to other hestorical landmarks.

The internet is very weak. The bed is not comfortable. The rooms are too small for family. No safty box in the room.
