Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend. Insbesondere kann ich die Passionsfrucht empfehlen. Die war nicht von dieser Welt ;)
Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich.
Die Hotelzimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Das Fitnessstudio ist eine Schande. Es wäre ratsam, dass Fitnessstudio nicht als Ausstattung zu bezeichnen bzw. zu nennen. Dann bleibt die Enttäuschung aus, weil man keine Erwartung hat.

Basically nothing. It was way below my expectations. It should not be called GRAND hotel. It is barely a 3 star hotel.
1) I do not like that they "pay" you to leave good reviews (see the photos). They give you a free spin at the sky bar if you leave them a 5-star review on Google. They should be banned from Google just for that
2) they offered to let me take a shower after checkout: they took me to a place in the basement full of spiders and insects!
3) I paid for the "luxury" room but I got a very standard room: tiny with a huge tv screen that seemed even bigger due to the size of the room
4) the bathroom is an accident waiting to happen (see the photos)
5) just one electric plug in the room so I had to use the kettle on the bed (see photos)
6) the air-conditioning was a joke: even if the room was tiny one part of the room was cool and the other was too hot due to the windows.
7) the slippers in the room: they were of different sizes and mismatched (see photos).

The property was nice and clean, and the Sky bar was nice to relax in the evening and see the city lights. Nikki the concierge was wonderful and more than helpful giving us all the recommendations we needed from restaurants, to buying SIM cards etc. Location was between the Market and Walking street both within walking distance.
The bed was a little too hard and aircon kept cutting out but got it sorted.

Nice clean, tidy hotel and room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was close to attractions and was a great quiet street to have dinner/lunch. Would highly recommend.

Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen, Rooftop Bar unbedingt meiden, Preise sind mehr als überteuert. Für ein Glas Bier zahlt man 130k wo man in den anderen Bars und Restaurants um die 30k zahlt. Sehr schade. Wir wären sonst öfters da gewesen. Aber das ist reine Abzocke….

Het ontbijt was tot 9.30 uur, maar veel was dan al op, ook als je om 8.45 uur kwam en werd niet aangevuld.

If you want to be near the walking street party area this may be your place. Great location to spend time there.
Air con was inferior. Pillows were rigid. Workout room small. Front desk staff were surly checking out but rest of employees were great.I booked 2 rooms for me and friend but was ignored and-needed to ask 3 times what room he was in. “Do not disturb” sign ignored and was awoken with phone call asking if I wanted room cleaned. If you are a night owl make sure to tell staff to leave you be. Road noise.

아침 식사는 여러가지로 준비되어 있어서 괜찮았습니다. 매일 먹으니 지루하기도 하지만, 간단한 아침으로는 괜찮다고 생각합니다. 객실도 깔끔했고 비데도 비치 되어 있었습니다. 위치도 벤탄시장과 가깝고 시청과도 거리가 있지만 저녁에 움직이면 괜찮았습니다.
수영장이 작았고 루프탑바가 한산해서 좀더 즐기고자 하시는 분은 아쉬울 것 같습니다. 근처 루푸탑바 가시면 될 것 같습니다.

Staff is really kind, hotel has great location
Be aware that if it doesnt say you have a city view, you will end up in a room with no window. Aside from that, pool is not really for swimming since it is 60cm deep, furthermore there is sky bar but its not what you are expecting. If you are a gym person, gym is 2x2m and has no equipment.

Vill du ha ett Hotel som ligger bra och centralt så välj detta. Är du ute efter ett modernt boutique hotel leta vidare, men här bor du helt okej. Rent i rummet och helt okej kuddar i sängen .
Takbaren skulle behöva sig en liten uppfräschning så även poolen.
Det funkar för en natt eller 2 för det priset man betalar.

Great location, very friendly staff. Our room was rather small but not complaining for that price!
The rooftop bar is very overpriced. We were there for New Year's Eve and even though we booked a package they didn't have a table for us and we had to stand, which is not great considering the prices that are way above Vietnam standard.

Ein zentrales Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Personal. Vor dem Hotel gibt es ein kleines Straßen Café mit leckerem Café. Die Skybar ist atemberaubend mit leckeren Getränken :) wir haben es für unsere letzte Nacht nach der Rundreise erneut gebucht.

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt, bei Problemen wurden diese direkt behoben und uns freundlich geholfen.
Die Lage des Hotels ist klasse. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit großer Auswahl. Ein Highlight ist die Dachterrase mit Pool und Bar mitten in der Stadt. Von dort aus hat man eine super Aussicht. Die Zimmer sind sauber und für einen Städtetrip vollkommen ausreichend. Auch die Speisen im Restaurant zum Lunch sind ausgesprochen lecker.
Das Bad war nicht ganz so schön, aber sauber.

We had to change our room because water didn’t pass trough the drain, when we took shower floor was cover with water, very dangerous, we changed the room , in new room lights had problems, I never ever wants to see again that hotel

The staff make this hotel great. It’s my home away from home.
The hotel was overrun by Indian male travellers you decided to have an all night party of 25 in one the rooms and corridors, they ignored repeated attempts by hotel staff to stop, I witnessed them being rude and demanding to young female front desk staff, unacceptable behaviour.

I have choose this accomodation due to location and the attrasctive price ( discount by property and genius discount ) however for a 4 star hotel, i got a room with no window and a door directly comunicate with the room close by. as you can immagine, it was like living with the neighbour, very uncomfortable
( it would be better know this unconfortable situation before booking )

Die Lage war super . Die Suite mit 40 Quadratmetern ist sehr groß und ausreichend. Sauberkeit war sehr gut . Das Personal war freundlich und immer zur Hilfe bereit . Besonders „Jade“ muss gelobt werden. Sie hat uns so sehr geholfen!!!
Die Bar oben hat einen schönen Blick auf die Stadt und den Ben Thran Markt.
Das was uns nicht so zu gesagt hat war das Frühstück. Da geht noch mehr . Die Salatbar, das Knoblauchbrot und die Congee, war jeden Tag das selbe . Die warmen Speisen waren gut .
Im großen und ganzen wird man satt aber die Abwechslung fehlt und die Auswahl sollte noch vergrößert werden.
