部屋は機能的で、別途、台所や共用の冷蔵庫等があり、また、仕事のしやすい机もあって、全体的には悪くなかった。大きなショッピングセンターの中にあるため、非常に便利だった。地下鉄の駅からも、そこそこの距離はあるものの、さほど遠いという印象はなかった。

シンガポールのホテルなので仕方がないが、やはり高い、というのが第一印象。長期滞在のビジネスマン向けで、台所等共用施設が充実しているとはいえ、部屋を出ないといけないのは少し不便に感じた。地下鉄駅との距離は、もう少し近い方がありがたい。

location is very convenient. It is easy to access 2 stations. Even raining day, I could go through underpass and go to City Hall station without Umbrella. There is a Shopping mall under the hotel.

Wifi speed is slow. It is difficult to do online meetings.

There was no house keeping daily, only once in 3 days as I was informed, I was given a room in the highest floor and air conditioning outside was making a bad noise. Had to change the room. Vending machine didn't accept visa payments. Bathroom equipments were not provided except brushes.

Sehr zentral gelegen, um Singapur zu erkunden. Perfekt mit der MRT vom Flughafen mit nur einem Umstieg leicht zu erreichen. Es gibt kein Frühstück, aber das Hotel ist direkt an eine Mall angeschlossen, und deshalb kein Problem. Zimmer klein, aber sehr sauber.

De ligging van het hotel is perfect om de stad te verkennen. Zeer centraal gelegen op wandel afstand van alle high lights in Singapore. Gelegen boven een winkelcentrum en vlak bij Clarke Cay. Metro in de onmiddellijke buurt. In de kamer is alles aanwezig. Vriendelijk personeel. Hotel is combinatie van commune living en hotel voor kort verblijf. Trendy en toffe inrichting maar eerder basic dan luxueus.

Geen mogelijkheid om te ontbijten maar dat wisten we. In de buurt vind je voldoende eetgelegenheden. Dubbel bed enkel langs een kant toegankelijk. Kamer is niet zeer groot en weinig plaats om bagage te plaatsen. Kamer wordt niet elke dag gekuist. Geen ijskastje op kamer wel kluisje. Je moet steeds 2 liften nemen om in kamer te geraken. Eerder luidruchtige omgeving.

Petite chambre très fonctionnel pour un séjour de 2 nuit c'est très bien, situé en plein dans un centre commercial et proche des lieux populaire.

Prime location in Singapore inside a newly build, futuristic looking mall. Design of lobby and room were very nice and inviting to stay longer. The room was cleverly designed to use all of its space in a smart way.

Convenience to the mall.

Didn’t clean the room as often as I’d like and was expensive for what it was (but that’s a Singapore thing, not a Lyf thing).

- De ligging van het hotel. - Zeer tevreden over de hygiëne. - De kamer was erg klein, maar je had bijna alles wat je nodig had. - Leuke oplossing voor de koffer: voldoende ruimte onder het bed. - Knus, fijne kamer - Modern - Nieuw hotel - Voldoende creatieve plekken opbergruimte voor kleding e.d. - Hotel zit in een mall: hier vind je goede restaurantjes (voor niet veel geld), ontbijt/lunch zaakjes, supermarkt en drogist.

- Geen tv - Geen mini koelkastje - Geen flesjes water op de kamer - Wifi is erg slecht. Valt telkens weg. - App om in te checken werkt niet - Airco werkte oké, maar werd niet perse heel koud (max 23 graden). - Stadsgeluiden zijn goed te horen, wij wonen zelf in de stad dus zijn het gewend. Maar als je dit niet gewend bent, wees hiervan bewust (ook omdat het hotel tegenover een brandweer kazerne staat). - Er was geen late check out mogelijk, terwijl je wel op booking.com nog kamers kon boeken voor diezelfde dag. Ze zaten dus niet vol. Wij hadden een nacht vlucht die dag en vlogen pas 00:30 uur. Ik voelde me niet lekker die dag en wilde zo lang mogelijk op de kamer blijven, omdat ik ziek was. Dit was niet mogelijk. We moesten dan een kamer boeken voor €300,-. Terwijl we voor 2 nachten €275,- hebben betaald. Best onvriendelijk en ook een heel raar bedrag voor al gasten die minder hebben betaald. Je betaald echt voor de locatie, het is een basic kamer, heel cute en klein. Alle basics die je nodig hebt zijn er. Voor €150,- per nacht heb ik qua service betere hotels gezeten. Maar voor Singapore is dit echt een prima hotel! ;)

I really loved the location. First time coming to Singapore and within 1.5 city blocks of walking to the MRT train station. The train stop is called CITY HALL. Almost everything we did is within 3-4 stops of this location. Also having the FUNAN Mall there was great. There was great food in the basement and a Watson if you needed anything. The hotel itself was great, the people where super nice and amazing. The hotel had a ball pit, and several fun things to really make it look modern and artsy. You can tell Singapore appreciates art and architecture.

I knew this ahead of time, but the rooms are smaller. I also knew there was no TV, but we really didn't stay in the room that much. I understand the concept of the "community" kitchen, but I would still have loved if we had a small refrigerator in the room. The WiFi did not work that great. We had a lot of trouble with it on the 5th floor. Most of the time we just switched to the SIM card from the airport we purchased. A couple of days prior to arrival, they wanted to you install the ASR app. I did this and mainly it was so you are suppose to use the "digital key" to unlock your door. Once I enabled this, on FLOOR 5, you can not use the digital key to unlock the hallway door, you still had to use the key card to unlock that door, then switch to the ASR app to unlock your door. I thought that was dumb. Then I noticed once I enabled the ASR door lock app, my keycard would not work on the room door. Then one day, I am standing there trying to wait the 15 seconds to unlock my room door and the ASR app crashes on my phone. Then I had to spend 5 minutes logging back into the app, finding my reservation to unlock my door. After this, I went to the front desk and had them reprogram my room key to unlock my room door and it also worked to open the hall way door on floor 5. After that, I uninstalled the ASR app they hounded you 3 times to install prior to your arrival. Don't use the "digital key" on the ASR app. Just use the wooden key they give you at check in.

The room (bed, toilet, sink, etc.) was very clean. The hotel is close to many bus stops and City Hall MRT which makes travelling around Singapore super convenient. Easy to find food, groceries, and medication as the hotel is situated above Funan Mall! (Could also get discounts from certain merchants if you present your key card) The room was relatively soundproof and quiet during my stay. There are common fridges and water dispensers on each floor.

The staff was not the friendliest during my check-in. Perhaps it was just an off-day.

Clean, really well thought out and easy to get to. Room was spacious and bed was comfy. Staff were friendly.

Check in process wasn’t as quick as they suggested due to the app not actually working. They didn’t tell me there was an on-site gym so ended up paying a huge rate next door.
