Exceptional

Every wish was fulfilled for me. I needed pampers or fruits for my children or many other things and every wish was fulfilled. I was even taken to the airport free of charge. Thanks for everything. Thanks to Ismail. Super people. Again and again with pleasure. Especially with baby and children.

Absolutely 11/10 service, spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable

Incredible service, properly 11/10 - Kalima was immediately available at all times for anything we needed over WhatsApp. (I used Google Translate and we conversed in French!) She arranged private transfers out of town and to the airport for us, and when the power in the apartment fused one night, somebody was there and the problem was solved within ten minutes. They also brought us a massive breakfast platter a couple of days later as an apology for the inconvenience! It was immaculately clean and the cleaner did all our dishes, made our beds, and cleaned the apartment every day. The apartment itself was big, stylish, and very comfortable. Good showers (I had seen some complaints they are small - but they were completely fine for us). 5-10 minute walk from a big and well stocked Carrefour. Comfortable beds. Comprehensive breakfast with pastries, bread, cheese, jam and butter, cereals, juice, coffee pods, and we particularly liked the warm hard boiled eggs! The kitchenette had everything we needed - including a Nespresso machine, microwave, hob (no oven), kettle, juicer and a few pans, plates/bowls and cutlery.

Be aware it’s a 30 minute walk from the Medina, down loud busy roads. This was fine for us, it meant we got lots of walking in (or grabbed a taxi for 30-50 MAD depending on time of day) but one to be conscious of for your sightseeing if location is important to you. For us, this was a conscious decision as we needed to stay in accommodation with kitchen facilities - very hard to find in a Riad! - and we were perfectly happy with it.

I felt I am at home nothing missing , our welcome was a huge fruit platte enough for a week, even the fridge was never empty, we had most essential food (bread, milk,cheese, yoghurt, Honey, sweets ..etc) filled into fridge, water supply 3 litres almost every second day, any help we need was done within minutes. generally it was a 2nd home for us. 10 - 20 cents taxi to Center, Huge Balkon. stuff are all great Ismail and Karima, Cleaning stuff every day as if you are in a 5 star Hotel. what else I can say. for sur our next visit will be there.

generous and delicious supply of fruit and water and coffee and tea comfortable beds and sofas

i didn't realize there was maid service. would have preferred none. no need to change sheets and towels on a daily basis.

Wonderful stay in Marrakech!!

Beautiful apartment, very spacious and cozy! Great plus to have 24/7 security at the building. The host Ibrahim was amazing, he made me feel welcome and at home. He was available via whatsapp and was incredibly kind and helpful. The location is great, walking distanze to the medina and full of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. I would definitely go back to M Appart next time in Marrakech! Thank you for the great experience!

Very good

The location is near shopping and shops. its very close to YSL garden and reachable by walk. Very modern rooms but bathrooms needs redoing as they are quite dated.

The breakfast is good with lots of fruits and bakery. But if you are staying more then 3 days it gets boring as its the same for every days including the juice.

Property is clean and modern. The staff were very welcoming and helpful - quick to reply to queries and requests.

Street noise was considerable despite our apartment being located on a higher floor. Showers are tiny - need to be very slim and agile!

Clean, modern, central flat, full service on demand, great breakfast, security, luxury and confort. Would 100% recommend this for a couple or solo traveller. i want to thank Karima for the lovely welcome, accommodating my every need, going above and beyond from arranging to have my clothes cleaned and pressed, to ordering more amenities, to ordering taxi, etc When in Marrakech, I would definitely go back here.

Candid observations

The location was fantastic though we had language barrier issues but they were accomodating all the same

The restrictions for guests was a bit disappointing but we understood there is a general restriction from the government

Great experience made possible by a wonderful host.

Everything about this property and the host is absolutely fantastic. They made our stay in Marrakech a memorable one as they made available everything we asked for, from bigger pots to iron and ironing board to mention a few. They were quite flexible to accommodate early check-in request and stayed in touch throughout our stay to ensure we didn't lack anything. I rate the apartment, the host, the M Appart Team and the manager especially excellent! I will surely come back here anytime I am in Marrakech and will absolutely recommend M Appart as one of the best places to stay in Marrakech. Thank you team for being a great host.

The breakfast was the same thing every morning. M Appart should consider serving varieties but aside that, I love everything about the place

Bad experience would not recommend

It is a nice appartement with good facilities. The 2nd shower is rather small but ok for kids. Marrakech is of course very nice but I will never come back at this establishment.

Options to pay at check in are not in line with what is being agreed upon through booking.com. In the end I paid a ridiculous 22 euro bankcost fee because I did not have the money in euro's. I have stayed in many hotels in Morocco all with free cancellation options and never had to pay such a high bank transaction fee it is at most 5 to 6 euro's including any currency fluctuations. There was an option to pay in cash with dirhams but that was also about 150 dirhams =15€ higher then agreed through booking.com. I did not want to use up my dirhams as I wanted to pay other activities for that. Changing dirhams to euro's is also ridiculous to be able to match booking.com price as it would eat up precious holiday time. And I had to pay at the beginning to enter the appartement and they would refund my money if I brought euro's, such a hassle to do for me and my family. So all in all a very bad experience with this establishment. So if you want to go to this hotel pay up front or bring euro's otherwise you will be forced to pay a ridiculous bank transaction fee. And also bring you own coffee cups or sachets as there is no coffee offered with breakfast.

Our flight was delayed which meant that we arrived a lot later in the evening than expected. Ishmael was so sweet and so helpful and went above and beyond. Breakfast was also delicious and fresh. Karima was also lovely and very helpful as was the security guards. The flat was very spacious and comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay here again!

The only negative was the second bathroom which was a bit small and the main bathroom was a bit dated and probably needs updating but it wasn't really a big issue for us.

Poor

The property is very poorly maimtained. There are parts (doors, shower-cabin etc.) that don't close i.e. It has an unacceptable complex of (very small) toilets and shower-rooms. The breakfast the first day was very good but all the other days it was gradually consisted by less things.

We had a pleasant stay, felt like home and we will be returning soon.

This apartment really met our expectations. It felt like a second home to us and that is the best experience you can have when travelling in the hot summer to Marrakech. The apartement is situated in a nice area, walking distance from the main shopping area, but also quiet enough to escape the busy city life, The apartement is fresh (best AC) modern, spacious, very clean and comfortable. The main entrace of the building smells great, like orange blossom. The girl at the reception is friendly and competent. The guard was also helpful and friendly. I have no complaints at all.

The bathrooms were great, but one was indeed a bit too small. But it didn't bother me that much. It is just feedback for the future.

Loved the location, modern furniture, views, reception staff, ease of check in, cleanliness, price point, relatively quiet considering it’s in the centre of the city I would definitely stay again.
