Waste of money

There was no hot water AC controller wasn’t working Pantry was not refilled Even after complaining there was no action taken

Comfortable stay but could have been better

Helpful staff. Decent breakfast spread.overall ambience was good. Though we arrived tired and late, check in was smooth and fast which was a big relief. Though there was a goof up in house cleaning , things were made better by the staff.

The do not disturb is a switch next to clean my room switch, both with extremely tiny and blurry labels and situated just next to the master power switch by the bed. So in the night invariably all the switches turn on and next day the room is not cleaned because the “do not disturb” sign is on. We reached back close to midnight and imagine the horror we had : wet towels on the floor, bed not done ……yuck! The staff did make some amends, but a situation totally avoidable. Next day as we checked out at approx 11, All alongside the corridor almost all the rooms had both do not disturb lights and clean my room sign glowing alongside…….all the guests are going to return to unkempt rooms ! Crazy system.Whoever designed this….?

Stay in Tirupati with peace of mind

Debkanth went beyond and ensured that we had a fabulous stay. Have been here in 2016 too. Best place to be staying in Tirupati. Expecting to come back.

Good food, good rooms, front desk staff not good

The food was excellent in both Lotus and Krishna cafe’. The food staff and bag staff is exceptional.

The front desk staff is the worse, they made us wait for a longtime. They need more mature front desk staff. Atleat have a temporary room ready for people waiting so that they can use the toilet and take a shower and get ready and store their bags.

Booking from different sites charge differently there eg. Make my trip and Booking.com charge differently though we booked the stay at same time same day. This is not justified for me. So please refund the money that you have taken

A good property run averagely.

It's a good hotel but leaves a lot to be desired. Even though it was peak season or full occupancy, a hotel should be well equipped and staffed enough to handle guests adequately.

We had dinner at their vegetarian restaurant and my elderly father asked for hot water 2-3 times and we had to leave without ever getting the water despite repeated requests. Also they tried to charge us for a packet of Lays which we never consumed. I mean I spent a fortune for the stay why would I try to sneak a 20rs packet of Lays !

Hotwater .. common.. such a great facility but lack of hot water through the day was disappointment.
