Like Microtel’s but need better staff especially at night.

Front end person didn’t know how to fix printer, start computer or add benefits like AAA to room rates. Stood for 30 minutes waiting to get my room.

speechless for what I had to pay for the room.

It was close to the wedding venue

The property smelled of cigar and marijuana smoke and had dried semen on the mirror in the bedroom. would not recommend at all. housekeeping should be ashamed.

It was terrible. The owner is a liar and crook. I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

No breakfast was available.

I purchased 2 rooms and 1 room had bed bugs with dirty sheets.

used to be cleaner and well kept. needs some TLC and repairs.

location. easy to get to and find

not well kept up a pair of someone’s underwear was left behind the door in the bathroom, the mirror was cracked from top to bottom and taped over, red stains on floor. wear and tear on the chairs and cushion by the window. heat/ac poor. elevator looked worn out and needs to be updated to make it seem like it’s safer. my room card didn’t work at outside door and had to go to main doors.

Would not stay here again and would not recommend.

There was an elevator to my room on the third floor.

The room was very shabby. Dirty carpet, stained and torn window seat cushion cover. TV was old and nothing current except sports and some news. In the middle of the night discovered that the toilet did not flush. The plunger by the toilet (apparently placed there because this is an ongoing problem) did not work. I have stayed at other Wyndham facilities and found them pleasant and clean with working toilets and friendly staff. At times very noisy at night. Hard to sleep,

Very poor

I was charged $50 for 1 towel that had make up on it. Extremely disappointed, as I have stayed with this company many times and this never happened. $50. 1 towel. Ridiculous. Won’t be staying again.

This was absolutely my worst experience ever at a hotel, especially after how it was represented.

Nothing I can think of.

This was the filthiest room and hotel I've ever stayed in. Main reason for booking here was the site said it was very close, walking distance to Notre Dame stadium. I paid a premium rate for this, which quite frankly there should be a significant refund. I would like someone to contact me about a refund.

Passable

Proximity to Notre Dame. Short walk to campus with sidewalks and walking paths the entire way. Apx. 30 min walk to ND stadium.

Overall, the property is fairly run down and is in need of an update. Upon checking in, the sofa bed was filthy and there was no extra bedding in the room. Desk clerk was able to provide a new room within minutes, which was very helpful.

I would seek out the property for another stay.

The breakfast was decent quality. Perhaps the policy of restocking the breakfast several times throughout the morning would be a better option

Overall I was impressed by the staff's promptness to assist; however, there was some foul language used when conversing in the hallway between themselves. It would be nice if the other person in my party would have been able to check in prior to my arrival. As it was she had to pay for the room.

dirty towels in a pile on the floor. stains all over the carpet. moldy fridge. cracked mirror. no lock on the door. nonsmoking room smelled strongly of smoke. fries on the floor.
