Would recommend and in a great location to explore Kanazawa

Hotel was in an excellent position to capitalise on some of the main Kanazawa tourist spots. The hotel had warned us both prior to arriving and at check in that there was expected construction work on near by buildings, they said they had arranged an alternative room on a quieter side of the hotel if we required it at any time.whilst at no point were we disturbed this was reassuring and very proactive from the hotel and gave us peace of mind. Hotel staff were incredibly helpful, especially in arranging our luggage forwarding to our next hotel. Would recommend and stay here again.

Could possibly benefit from additional laundry machines as there were only two for the entire hotel and we found were in almost continuous use.

Pulitissimo, si tolgono scarpe all’ingresso ed è tutto un tappeto, onsen privato senza prenotazione ma sempre disponibile, letto tipo futon ma con materasso sotto quindi comodissimo anche per noi

La posizione era ottima, a poche centinaia di metri dal Castello di Kanazawa

Affaccia su una strada principale e la camera non era ben insonorizzata, quindi può dar fastidio a qualcuno. Avendo tatuaggi non ho potuto provare il bagno pubblico termale.

Good value for a short stay.

I thought this was a great value (I did travel in low season, not sure if it is more expensive at different times). But the room was clean and met all expectations, the hotel is conveniently located to walk to attractions as well as a bus stop literally right outside. I also used the rooftop onsen facilities and it was very nice. The staff was also very helpful and held luggage before and after our stay.

It would have been nice if our room was available a little early. We only arrived about an hour before check in and the hotel did not seem full or busy and the weather was very very bad, so I had been hoping we might get a room earlier. However, I also get the sense this is less common in Japan (I am from the US)

以前から良く利用していたホテルですが、宿泊費が上がり、朝食もとても楽しみにしていましたが、品数が少なくなってとてもがっかりしました。価格が上がるのは諸事情から仕方ないと思いますが、それ以上に満足度が落ちました。金沢を訪問する度に宿泊していましたが、今後は機会が減ると思います。

On the whole, the one-night stay was pleasant.

It was comfortable and the loop tourist bus stop is just a few steps away in front of the hotel.

I was asked to pay an extra 4000 yen city tax on top of what I have committed to pay under Booking.com. I was under the impression that the price under Booking.com included all taxes and levies. Therefore there was some disagreement between me and the counter-staff during check-in. The fact that the staff couldn’t speak proper English exacerbated the issue. In the end, I paid the extra cost but that left an unpleasant taste for me.

The breakfast was great! Save me the trouble of searching for food in a snowy morning.

It was cold the day I arrived in Kanazawa so I didn’t do anything but staying in the hotel. The room is small but adequately comfortable. It served my needs.

施設も食事もお部屋もお風呂も全てパーフェクトです。コスパが良いと思いました。

朝食が美味しく、お風呂から朝日が見えてよかった。

チェックインの時の案内が不足。歯ブラシ等お部屋に無いことを伝えて頂けていなかった。エレベーターがタッチキーすることを暫くわからなかった。

Perfect location and minimalist design - great value

Great value for the price. Spacious and thoughtfully designed room, and the lounge/foyer is fairly atmospheric with complimentary drinks. Located in the heart of the historic streets, about a 15-20 min enjoyable walk from the main station, and close to the Higashiyama walking course. The complimentary tabi socks were also lovely.

Everything was great, nothing to dislike.

Really great service.

Very helpful staff. I lost a favourite sock, and the staff went above and beyond to help reunite me with my errant sock. It was much appreciated. Also, very beautiful senso baths with very calming views over the trees on the castle grounds.

Limited veggie options in the restaurant.

お部屋が清潔で綺麗。大浴場があったので、暑い日に帰ってきてゆっくりお風呂に入れてよかった。スタッフの対応がとても良い。
