Fabulous hotel in Little Tokyo

Location - lots of nice places to eat nearby and close to the metro and union station. Heated toilet, comfortable bed, coffee machine, clean and quiet.

WiFi kept tripping out.

The room and all facilities in the hotel were very clean. We loved the Japanese shopping village nearby.

I really do not recommend you to stay in Miyako they will make your stay a disaster.

The location is lively and close to the downtown. A lot of lovely places to have breakfast/lunch/dinner around.

The hotel offers payment through booking.com, though they have no clue how it works when the customer pays through booking.com, they make your stay a disaster by chasing you and saying they didn't receive something from booking.com and will charge you extra. I had to spend hours on the phone with booking.com because of it. Those hours were stolen from my vacation by unprofessional Miyako staff, who should have solved it with booking.com on their own and not make it my problem. I'm not even saying about the bad mood their staff sponsored for every day I've spent there. Moreover, they don't want to lift up the deposit reserve and ignore any message sent. My vacation was turned to a disaster thanks to Miyako hotel.

A rare time where the slight extra cost is more than worth it!

Fantastic room and amenities, friendly staff, and allowed me.to check in early and check out late with no charge. Couldn't be happier!

Great stay

Great hotel, awesome location and it was very clean which I appreciate a lot. Good hairdryer which isn’t always the case so that gives an extra point. Helpful staff, comfortable bed, overall a good stay. But for the price I don’t expect anything less.

Find the parking a bit expensive to be honest and we didn’t know that in advance. It’s not mandatory but makes your life easier if you come by car. It’s a pretty busy area. Room was a bit dark.

Little taste of Japanese hospitality in the heart of LA

Very clean and the location was phenomenal - right in the heart of little Tokyo. The staff was very cordial and friendly. The cafe downstairs was lovely with tasty coffee drinks and pastries. Facilities were nice and clean.

I wish there was a microwave in the room and wish the in room water was free. Other than that, no complaints

Relaxing and a nice getaway

I loved the look of it and how clean it was along with feeling safe in the location

The blanket for the king size was very small. My friend and I were very cold most of the nights.

Very friendly and helpful staff in the reception. Located in the very heart of Little Tokyo and quite close to downtown LA. 10 minutes walk to nearest Metro but i don´t recommend anyone to use the horrible metro in LA. 15 minutes of easy walking to the Union station

This is not the hotels fault but what is going on in LA? Dirty, smell of marijuana and piss everywhere and and a lot of drugusers all around in the city including the tourist areas and especially near the walk of fame (not so much around little Tokyo though). How can this be accepted? Clean up and try to offer some help to all this homeless people please

The room that was exceptionally spacious, clean and had a perfect, excellent view of the city. We felt super comfortable and safe the whole time we were there, and the location was absolutely excellent. Staff was also extremely nice, and the cafe on the bottom floor had to be the cherry on top of the cake.

Overall, I enjoyed it. Nice and delicious bakery down stair which also serve coffee.

It was very clean and spacious. Love how there was a bakery on the first floor and the surround was great because there was little Tokyo mall next door. So if I was hungry or just want to go look around, I could just go next door to explore.

There was a homeless person in the building and we were trying to go up but once the door closed, he thought it would be fun to joke with us by pushing the button, causing the door to open up again. We were all tired from the day and was in no mood for people to be pull pranks with us.
