it a great quick over night spot, the restaurant next door is amazing so that was a plus. second time staying here when

Short Stay, Good & Basic.

This was a basic, clean room. We needed a place to stay the night before our cruise. The restaurant next door (Loaded Cafe) was very good.

We had a non-smoking room, but it was musty and smelled of old smoke. The AC unit worked fine. The entrance and parking situation can be a little tricky. Just be careful pulling into the property.

Unequipped for over sea visitors

Not a lot….the bed was comfortable, close to cruise ship terminal.

We had arrived from UK in the afternoon and couldn’t even have a cup of tea/ coffee as was nothing in the room. Motel only suitable for local travellers.

We're there each year for the Long Beach IndyCar race and we will go back for sure.

Good location, good value for the price, nice staff. Close by public transportation which takes you straight to LB downtown. The next door breakfast place is good too.

Everything was pretty good. We got a non-smoking room, but you could tell that at some point someone did smoke inside. It did not bother us, specially since everything is booked everywhere for the GrandPrix event.

Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds and great size too.

Neighbors slamming doors all times of night. Key cards had to be magnetized often .

My room smelled like cigarettes. I could probably have asked to switch rooms though.

easy fast check in and loved the bed with all the pillows

We got what we expected from reliable motel chain.

Clean place in quite peaceful location, just a couple metro stops away from Downtown Long Beach.

Metro distance to Los Angeles center and Hollywood was quite long, but our objectives in this trip was more in Long Beach area, so this was great location to us.

Not allow violence in the property; this is a violent neighborhood, no need for more. For the rest, the staff was friendly but not accommodating. Customer service is important in this business. You should provide training to your staff, not their faults.

This property is disgusting

4 walls

A roach crawled across my arm while I was lying in bed. I flung it against the wall. That’s when I realized that all the black spots on the bedsheets were actually baby cockroaches. No matter where you come from, or who you are, do not stay at this hotel. The staff allow the property to be disgusting.
