Very poor

The staff was very nice and helpful.

The linens were clean the mattress was disgusting and the bathroom was very outdated along with cracks in the shower floor. Rooms definitely deserve to be renovated.

Was given a room without a mini fridge (not as advertised). Had to move to a smoking room. Housekeepe staff came banging

Unpleasant & unprofessional

Roomy Daily clean Good location

Room 230 very noisy. I was told due to a machine that operates the motel’s TVs so they moved me saying I was told I was too sensitive but a young couple & child were in that same room. They told me it was annoying as well but they were only going to be there one night. Room 230 hard & lumpy bed (holes or empty places in mattress—used/worn I was locked out of room 235 (where I was moved to) when I’d leave. I had to go to the office to have the keys re-keyed. I left again & couldn’t get in again so I went to the office. Erica, the trainee, asked me “what’s strong now?” I told the her that I was tired of coming to the office because I was being locked out. I told her I felt like a prisoner in the room. She asked my name & the room number I told her room 235 & my name is Linda Ruiz & I spelled it 3xs. She asked again so I spoke up. Then she said I was rude Every-time I talked to the office. I asked when & how. She didn’t answer then told me she could have me move, block me, not rent to me in the future, kick me out& she was going to lock the door. She talked over me. I asked her name twice & told her I was going to report her which I did to corporate headquarters.

Will never stay at another Motel 6 again.

wasn’t too far from the beach.

everything else. we set our daughter down on our room floor (1.5 years old) for maybe 2 minutes while we unpacked the car and within those 2 minutes her legs and feet were BLACK from how dirty the floor was like it hasn’t been mopped in who knows how long. there were stains on the walls, shower was terrible and beds so uncomfortable.

Bugs

Room has bugs, we killed 4 bugs! We sterilized everything we went with before we brought it in the house. I shouldn't have to do extra work!!

lots of minor fixes but overall it was somewhere to sleep for the night.

There were bugs in the rooms, that included cockroaches and spiders. The showers are extremely small and they don’t have small shampoo and conditioners bottles like most motels or even an attached to the wall hairdryer. There is only one trashcan in the entire motel room, I had to move the trashcan that was in the room into the bathroom so that way we could use the trashcan to throw away women toiletries.

Disappointing

I love the parking area.

I didn't like that they didn't clean the room all the way correctly. There was ants on the tables every time u ate u found a lot of them. Also the guy working at the counter was rude said we had to many requests. We only had 2. I have autistic children and they stomp we didn't want a top room also we wanted a jointed room. How is that to many requests.

Never going back here again lol.

It was close to the freeway so it makes a good stopover. There's also a Denny's right beside it which is convenient.

Front desk - David was rigid and a bit rude. They had to ask for all IDs of the guests staying which is a first for us. What a hassle. Room is cramped (smaller than what the pictures show), heater couldn't be adjusted (it was so hot and uncomfortable), shower booth has rust marks, bathroom has child lock knob (a hassle for an all-adult group), toilet felt cheap and low it was hard to sit down.

I wish I could get my money back.

the location is alright.

I asked for a non smoking room. which I did in fact receive, however the logic behind having a non smoking room next to a smoking room is beyond me. especially when the motel was EMPTY. they placed the only guests right next to each other. I was traveling with my wife and 2 year old daughter and had to be subjected to cigarette smoke from the room next to us the entire time we were there which feels like a total rip-off. no security on the property so transients come and check the dumpsters and trash cans right outside your room. the bed frames are similar to military barracks with rust literally eating away at the feet of the frame. the tv has channels that you can’t even watch.
