Very spacious room and ensuite

Was perhaps a little too warm in the room for sleeping after a warm day.

It was a very nice suite. Comfortable and clean. Perfect size for family of 3 to 4. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed on the main floor. The ceilings must be badly insulated because it sounded like elephants were staying upstairs. That would be my only complaint about our stay.

We were lucky to stay at the renovated room and it was great. Beautiful and very comfortable bright room. Amazing breakfast.

Comfortable, easy to check in and out. Good wifi. Very basic, no frills, easy to get to ski resort, good restaurants nearby, friendly staff.

Breakfast could have been better with more fruit and healthy choices and better coffee!

Our queen pet friendly suite (we didn’t bring pets) was renovated with modern furnishings and amenities. The bed was comfortable and it was great to have a sitting area and microwave/refrigerator/sink. The hot tub room was beautifully cedar panelled and clean. The lodge is in a perfect location for everything Lake Louise has to offer. Breakfast was hardy and a great start to a day of skiing. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff are warm welcoming. Clean rooms. And just close to area you want to visit.

It was so noisy upstairs, you can hear footsteps in the ceiling of the room.

The room was ok. It fit what we were looking for as we didn't spend time in the room other than to sleep. Bonus is the free shuttle to and from the ski resort. Highly recommended.

Room was noisy as we could clearly hear the people upstairs walk with their boots and the people who would walk outside our room.

Great location The ski bus to the mountain picks up from the lodge. Morning breakfast is a treat before a ski day. Staff were very polite and accommodating.

awesome place to stay at the lake louise village - free shuttles to ski resort, complimentary breakfast buffet, and beautifully renovated and spacious rooms. staff were super friendly and accommodating also walking distance to shops and bow river hiking trail which was nice

the hot tub jets and steam room were out of order during our stay, so that was probably the only downside

Bathroom sink enamel was badly chipped. The knob to pull out for the shower was almost impossible and difficult to pull out.
