Location only because I have a conference nearby. And staff were welcoming

Everything; though it is cheap the facility don't meet the price. The furniture from goracic age the wall paint is broken no extra electrical plugs avilable the bed is not comfortable. Insects all over the room I had many stings all over my hand and body. Noisy and no blackout curtain. Never come back again.

i like nothing, my booking was 6 dayes and i staied 2 dayes then i canceled my rest of dayes but they didn't give me all my money back yeat .. i will never coming back to this hotel again

the room was horrible, dust filled, very old and tired. cracks in the walls, smelly bathroom, kitchen under renovation.

I wouldn’t recommend it for staying unless someone is in a rush

its location only

the bathroom is so so dirty and smelly and the bed sheets doesn’t seem to be clean which made me not feeling comfortable while sleepin, I only chose it because of its location cuz i was staying for hours only

perfect location hotel but bad service

the location was perfect , it’s close to a supermarket , few restaurants and Riyadh season

it’s not as it’s advertised on booking.com. the pictures were not matching to the room we got. the place was not clean when we first arrive. the furniture is old and ripped. the sink was leaking and smelly. no working tv and no phone in the room. the tea and coffee kittle didn’t work as we found out that the wire was ripped. and no towels or toilet paper so we hard to request for some.we asked to change the room but sadly non was available

Too many restaurants in walking distance and also there is a mosque

The location is wrong and the real location is 17 minutes away by car The door can't be closed even if you use the Lock anyone can open it from outside without a card permit The ground floor is noisy The toilet is not working well flushing once and stop No wall hangers in the bathroom
