Nice property. We went early December so there was not much to do or see but they did a nice Christmas decorations and it felt festive.

The bathroom of the unit we stayed in was not in good repair. The shower had been leaking at some point and there was a terrible patch up and the baseboard was rotting and swelled due to prolonged water exposure. I was surprised considering how much we paid for one night.

Staff: - All the staff have been very helpful and friendly. I had nice chats with them and enjoyed the communications. - The cleaning service every day has been great as well. Facilities: - The general decoration is beautiful and everything feels comfortable - especially the bed and pillow. - I especially love that there is a washer and a dryer in the unit. - There are two free EV chargers close to the building - they are not in the building parking lot but still very close - about 3 min of walk. You might need an adapter though, because the chargers are both for Tesla. Additional: They have a trail in the back of the hotel. I really loved walking on it after snow.

Facilities: - I noticed some interior detail maculations, such as excessive gaps between panels and tiny cracks on the wall - especially next to the places where the balcony door frame is connected to. I assume it's because the building is not very new. - The toilet is too small for me, which caused a bit of discomfort. - The water pressure from the faucet in the washroom is too low for me personally. - The vent in the washroom was either too weak or broken. I couldn't hear it at all, despite that I had pushed the switch as hard as I could. - It took a bit too long for the dryer to dry my clothes, way longer than the estimated time. I assume it's because of the brand because I encountered similar issues in other hotels, and they were using the same brand of washer and dryer. Environment: I didn't like that there was a construction site literally next to the building. The view wasn't obstructed, but when you go out, it just stayed there.

The location was great and the room was clean.

The staff of the restaurant was not enough to serve and cook the breakfast. It took about 50 minutes from ordering breakfast to serving.

The location, the loft and the peace and quiet

The main bed’s mattress needs an urgent change. You could feel the springs hitting your body as you moved at night.

We stayed at one of the Loft townhouses at this resort. It was awful. we did like the restaurant and the grounds. The golf course does look wonderful. We would have used it but we could not leave my mother alone with such high stairs.

We stayed at one of the Loft townhouses at this resort. It was awful. the only two bedrooms were 'loft' rooms and we could see in each others' bedrooms. Also it had glass railings - so anyone looking up can totally see into your bedrooms. Totally unacceptable and this should be mentioned in the listing. I travelled with my 91 yr old mother and she can't do stairs. NO mention that no bedroom was on the first floor, though you expect that with a loft unit. I looked so many times to try and figure where all the bedrooms were. Both on booking.com and the resort website. Very few pictures and now i know why! Bathrooms were tiny, this unit #10 - has never been painted, dirty and minimally supplied with essentials. Do not stay here! I called the front desk to immediately switch rooms but they could not accomadate me since i booked through booking.com I rate this a 2 out of 10

Location and view it’s beautiful

Reception staff weren’t friendly (only Steve) drivers were awesome. For the price you would expect have a meal. Cleaning services not good. They just did the bed but not sweeping or mopped

The resort was beautiful, clean, well maintained, the staff was excellent and attentive, awesome views from the room, parking right on site, nice shuttle service to and from pool and club house and restaurant 👍 , and the balcony was big and great to sit and drink 🍸 😀

Everyone's like and dislike is different but we found the bed to be small and to hard for are liking,
