I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was amazing. This was during a winter storm. The staff was wonderful to work with.

The stay is what you would expect from a less expensive hotel.

The location is near a high crime area. We were stressed about our vehicle being broken into. We were relieved in the morning when everything was fine.

There was a strong pet odor when we first entered our room. The rest of the room seemed clean. The bathroom, furniture and decor were updated.

The coffee in the lobby was nice in the morning. I wish it would’ve had a continental breakfast. Everyone in the staff that I came in contact with was very friendly and smiling and asked how I was.

I can’t think of anything that could’ve been better. It was a new facility. Staff was great. The room was clean. It was awesome and out of microwave and refrigerator a recliner which I enjoyed.

Overall nice and clean. Wish there was complementary breakfast and booked rooms adjacent.

Location was decent, seemed relatively safe. Cleanliness was good. Staff was overall friendly.

There was no complementary breakfast, which I’ve never encountered while paying almost $200/night. The staff seemed put out to have to put the rooms near each other even though I booked both rooms in a single booking. They did what they could, but the rooms should have been reserved at the time of booking to be next to each other, not when we arrived to check in. This seems like a flaw in the system to not have specific rooms reserved beside each other. Instead, we were down the hallway from one another, and we had small children (ages 3, 5, and 7) running back and forth between rooms who needed to be supervised very carefully so they wouldn’t get lost or interact with unsavory characters (a few of which we did encounter in our hallway). IF TWO ROOMS ARE BOOKED IN A SONGLE RESERVATION, they should automatically be next to each other! It needs to be an option to guarantee this option, rather than hotel staff just “doing their best.” Our rooms were not able to be next to each other because there were a lot of “last minute reservations” made AFTER my booking was made. All previously made bookings need to be considered when placing other customers into rooms.

Comfortable Hotel

I like that there was a kitchenette and the beds were comfy.

My room key kept getting deactivated or something and wouldn't work so I had to go down and get it fixed frequently which was a huge inconvenience with luggage on you

Short term apartment style living. Thumbs Up!

I liked the amenities inside the room. The kitchenette and full sized fridge was a plus! I also like that there was a laundry room. The size was also a good value.

The hotel is located in an industrial area. However, there are a few stores and restaurants within walking distance. I wouldn't recommend walking around at night.

Great but there is always something to work on :)

I want to start by saying I absolutely love my place hotel. Generally speaking, my girl and I always have excellent experiences. It’s clean, quiet, comfy and the staff are usually friendly. I love the cleanliness of the rooms and the simple aesthetic. It feels homey, and you have a little kitchenette for a quick meal. The AC is excellent as well. Basically, in short it has everything you need.

I’ll say that I take very hot showers, maybe abnormally hot to some people lol. That said, the shower water temperature is like slightly over like warm. Even my lady said the shower water temperature wasn’t warm enough. The only other complaint I have about this particular location is….the evening staff person is just not very personable and kind of standoffish. Every other and I mean EVERY other staff member at the different my place hotels, have had excellent staff members. I won’t say their name for their privacy, but I definitely took note of their name tag. But it’s like they were bothered by helping us. I’ve stayed in multiple my place hotels now and this particular location twice…I just don’t feel that same energy with this person and at checkin it just changes the dynamic of your stay….after a long drive I just want some peace of mind and rest…not standoffish vibes.

worker let in stranger who set off fire alarm mid night. room not cleaned prior, stove caused smoke, side entrance never unlocked, bad neighborhood.

if you need to stay in this area of outer east portland this is a good spot. lots of rules I’m sure for a good reason bu

comfortable room with recliner. easy in and out to smoking lot

too locked down. too difficult to find off side roads of freeway. thought it’d be easier access
