The proximity to the Eiffel Tower. The baggage crew was excellent. They should teach the front desk what " customer service means.

They had no rubber matting for a very slippery bathroom floor. Room was comfortable but they put me in the 4th floor and my view was a wall. Attitude of the Front desk was very snobbish. Restaurant choices were limited. No French cafe's around nearby. Location not the best.

Ιδιαίτερα Στενός καναπές-κρεβάτι για τα παιδιά που σε καμία περίπτωση δεν μπορούσε να φιλοξενήσει 2 παδιά 7 & 11 ετών, παρόλο που είχαμε κράτηση για 2 ενήλικες + 2 παιδιά. Υπήρχαν δωμάτια με μεγαλύτερο 2ο κρεβάτι όπως αυτό που έμεινε η οικογένεια της αδερφής μου, ωστόσο όταν παραπονεθήκαμε και ζητήσαμε κάποια λύση μας είπαν οτι αυτό ήταν το μέγεθος του 2ου κρεβατιού σε όλα τα δωμάτια (κάτι που προφανώς ήταν ψέματα). Θα περιμέναμε κάτι καλύτερο από ένα novotel

Localização excelente. Próximo ao metrô, ao trem e a Torre Eifel!!! Hotel muito bom, café da manhã delicioso! Adoramos!

Posso dizer, logo de antemão, que nossa estadia foi simplesmente perfeita. Não tivemos qualquer intercorrência negativa e nem passamos por situações chatas. Para começar, chegamos antes do horário do check-in e permitiram que entrássemos no quarto sem qualquer problema. Ainda, fomos extremamente bem tratados por todos os funcionários, sendo que nos ajudaram com dúvidas e recomendações. Cabe um destaque especial para a limpeza tanto das áreas comuns quanto dos quartos, estava tudo sempre impecável. Quanto ao café da manhã, abria cedo e acabava tarde (indo além do horário limite alguns dias), sendo que foi possível comermos todos os dias a vontade, além de que a comida era uma delícia, sendo sempre reposta pelos funcionários. Sobre a fila para entrar no café, ressalto que em determinados horários de fato ela era maior, mas sempre andava rápido, sendo que em nenhum dia tivemos que esperar por mais de 5 minutos para entrar e podíamos ficar o quanto quiséssemos. Vimos alguns comentários negativos aqui e fomos bastante apreensivos, mas posso dizer que nenhuma das reclamações se justificam e que nossa experiência foi impecável. É a segunda vez que ficamos e ficaremos todas as próximas,

Bom café com bastante opções e um preço justo. A fila na entrada incomodou um pouco, mas deve ser devido ao período do réveillon

O chuveiro é muito ruim, assim como os travesseiros, não tem tomadas próximo as camas, o cheiro de cigarro nos corredores.

Nous avons reservé une chambre "famille" 2 adultes et 2 enfants, nous avons été surclassé dans une chambre avec un salon ce qui a permis une séparation des enfants et des parents tout en étant à côté.

منطقة قضاء الحاجه منفصله عن الحمام الرئيسي اي في مكان اخر يضطر الشخص للمرور بالغرفه والدخول الى الحمام الرئيسي لاستخدام الماء او حتى غسل اليد وهذا بالنسبه لي شي مقرف ومقزز

Das einzig positive ist die gute Lage in der Nähe des Eiffelturms. Ansonsten leider sehr enttäuschend.

Extrem heruntergekommene Zimmer und Einrichtung. Das gesamte Hotel hat dringend eine Generalüberholung nötig.

Der Zustand der Zimmer ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, dadurch wirken sie schmuddelig. Das Frühstück ging so, keine große Auswahl. Was ich am schlimmsten fand, ist wenn zu wenig Löffel bei der Essensauslage liegen und deswegen manche Leute mit den Fingern in das Essen gegriffen haben 🙈 Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis daher nicht angemessen.

From start to finish my experience was poor so at least it was consistent.

Booking issue due to issues finding my booking where I spent 40 minutes at reception with 2 tired children at 11pm and staff who did not care. Finally managed to get to a room after the manager had finished arguing with 2 people that also had issues with their room. When we arrived in the room it had a damaged safe that we couldn’t use, dirty bathroom floor, temperamental toilet flush, tiles loose from the wall and tea making facilities with no milk.

Everything perfect, very busy but well managed.

The location was great as it was at a walking distance to Eiffel Tower and metro. I also liked the water fountain bar at the lobby which I created a habit of filling up my bottle every time I pass by it. During our stay, we slept quite comfortably.

The room was quite small for 3 people, the sofa bed was huge which took most of the space. The cupboard was too tiny, with only 3 hangers for 3 people! I am not sure about sustainability in hotel because we didn't had any mugs, plates and spoons in the room, instead we were asked to collect required stuffs from the restaurant.

Only downside was no tv channels in English. Hard to unwind and relax when there was nothing to watch on tv we could understand. Great for a couple nights but no longer
