Room size good. Comfortable bed.
Check in time 3pm but didn’t get a room until around 4pm. Location of room, too far from the pool and amenities as requested upon booking. Very crowded. Pool area dirty and in bad condition. Expensive food not good at all. Some staff unprofessional and need training.

Almost everything about Okada makes it a perfect staycation. One of the red-hot & luxurious accommodations with ifabulous interior design from the suites to the hallway down to the hotel foiyer that we have ever indulged ourselves in. Also, the sumptuous breakfast satiates the appetite of every gourmet. The entire staff, responsive to the needs of the guests, makes us feel how the management puts premium on the comfort and security of its guests.
Nothing of great deal except the check-in time which is supposed to be 3 p.m. We were allowed to get inside our room quite late-almost 4 p.m. We thought we could get a room to have a nap after the tiring trip but it took us almost an hour of waiting.

一進房間，沒有使用任何吧台商品，就被扣了3樣商品的費用，發現後馬上打電話給櫃檯人員反映此事，櫃檯人員說是智能系統的問題，會幫忙取消，check out時，還是扣款了，雖然櫃檯表示10天內會退還，但也說了屆時如果沒有退款，再跟飯店反映…我們人早就已經回台灣了，還要為這事關注10天，再做後續處理，真的很麻煩，反映的當下不處理，把後續問題推給房客，我覺得飯店的教育訓練很差勁。

Everything is great all only I don’t like the deposit here so hard and steal my money
I don’t like the rules there about deposit.. i said to the manager there at check in i gone give 300 $ for that deposit and when I check out I need 300$ back and he said not allowed to back to dollar amount so he will back me in philippin peso and I told him big different amount will be sir and he said the rules… you rule like stealing my money not rules that 😂

I liked how high-tech the rooms were. Everything was controlled by the iPad. The view of my room was the fountain. Also it was connected to a small mall and casino. The restaurant located in the Okada were amazing.
I didn't like the fact that we didn't see the indoor pool. That was the sole reason we checked in there. They should state online that it's only open at certain times.

the outside security, they didn't let my other relatives to get inside the hotel because they asking the room number which is i already booked and not to get the room because im still in the flight to msnila😔, they waited outside for a long time

Security..!!! one of the staff didn’t greet us but instead laughed at us while walking through the hallway. I was going to get her name but she was already done for the day. We felt uncomfortable every time we walked through the hallway. Also we requested to have clean plates because we had some take out food from downstairs but we were told that we needed to wash our plates. How can we wash our plates if there’s no soap or sponge available? And last but not least, while we’re checking out, we stood in line for over 10min until we were asked if we needed help.. while waiting in line to checkout we noticed a group of front desk workers just talking and not focusing on the people that were in line. We thought maybe they were busy with work so we waited patiently. While we waited we observed them just talking and laughing about non business things

The breakfast buffet was awesome, a lot of choices and taste good.
The rooms are huge and extraordinary bathrooms, but no exhaust just a deodorizer that doesnt seem to do the job. The room can easily get musty and smelly. Well cleaned.
The indoor pool was close due to an event for the 3 days we stayed which is a bummer since we were looking forward in using it and we were only allowed to use the outdoor pools. We paid thinking we can use all the amenities that was advertised.
Too much walking from Pearl tower to Coral Tower to enjoy the stay, not advisable to elderly people. Elderly people can get lost easily in the place.
For a huge place first hotel that doesnt have a waiting lobby and chairs for people waiting to be check-in even for elderly customers.

the location was out of the way of getting to the city. The casino is a scam with game rules that would never be a allowed in places regulated like vegas. rulette has 0, 00, and a Okada symbol. the blackjack has a rule that its a push when dealer hits 16 its just a scam in all.

The room was very large and comfortable. The place was clean. The rooms are similar to the larger resorts in Las Vegas. There were numerous restaurants at the resort as well and a large outdoor pool.
Where do I start - first, if you go to Okada, know there are TWO lobbies. We got in early and were told we could check in starting at 1:30 pm. But after LOTS of walking around and returning to the lobby, we found that we were in the wrong lobby and had to walk 1/4 mile to the second lobby. Staff could have told us this when we asked! (They don't volunteer information I found.)
We had the junior suite which was quite spacious, but because it was larger, the windows were small! In fact, they were smaller than the ones in the smaller rooms in the property. And the furniture layout was pointing in a direction that didn't take advantage of the wonderful view. Each time I moved a chair, housekeeping came in and moved it back.
And on the housekeeping note - Do Not Disturb is ignored. I had them want to come in and clean up while I was in the room.
I think because the resort is a casino, they do all this to get you into the casino and get lost. And that is what happens here. The informational signs in the resort are poor and you literally have to use Google Maps to find your direction in the place. Did this several times. And first time in a hotel I had to resort to this.
And don't ask any questions of staff. While they are all friendly, I found they answered questions you never asked, or did not answer them at all, or wanted your room number and then didn't answer the question.
And multiple facilities were closed - such as the large indoor pool, most of the concourse, and the Cove. No mention of this. And very few places to sit while waiting to check in.
Overall, I am very disappointed with Okada. If you are a gambler, this place is for you. If you think you are going to have a resort holiday in Manila, find another place. I have stayed at several places in Manila and this was just an annoying stay as a result of all these minor issues. Its like gnats - one can be ignored, but 1000 drive you nuts.

The facility is impeccably clean and provides ample space. It exudes a pleasant aroma and creates a luxurious atmosphere. The buffet breakfast surpassed expectations with its delectable offerings. The diverse range of dishes and their flavors were exceptional, as they combined various cuisines. The location is convenient, granting easy access to nearby shops and restaurants.
While the facility is excellent, it does come with a higher price tag. Unfortunately, our assigned room was not prepared upon our arrival, and the staff was uncertain about its availability. However, they made amends by allowing us to extend our check-out time to make up for the inconvenience caused during check-in.

Everything is excellent except for one thing, very slow check in.
They let us wait until 4pm to checkin to our room and then after 4pm still no room is being assigned. We are very tired from 9 hours travel we want to rest but our room was ready about 5pm.

Customer service is superb! Everyone is just so polite and helpful. We loved the room design, layout, and view of the fountain. Missed the fountain night show though 😥 but lucky enough to see them testing the fountain dance the next morning. Good place to shop and dine as well. If you are into Casinos, I bet this is the place to be. The location is also 15-30 mins away from the aiport. I highly suggest passing through the Skyway to avoid heavy traffic during rush hours. The toll fee cost 35 to 50 pesos (less than a euro).
I just hoped that the room was soundproof. We were watching TV at moderate volume (less than 50%) when the guest next door asked us to reduce the volume as they can hear the tv from their room; they described it as "too noisy". When we did, we can barely hear the tv from our beds so decided to close the tv and just watched from our phones. The toilet also smelled a bit bad when we arrived for whatever reason. Hope they make sure that the toilet smells fresh and clean.

The staff were all friendly. We went there to celebrate Mother's Day and the service was excellent and we really had a luxurious experience during our overnight stay. The breakfast buffet was worth it too. It's definitely worth it's price and we would definitely come back again. If going for a staycation, I would recommend to spend maybe at least 2 days instead of just overnight to fully enjoy all the amenities of Okada without rushing.

We stayed at PEARL & breakfast is at CORAL. Took us 30mins to locate and reach the SINAG resto. Staff were accommodating BUT I wonder if there is a short-cut there?
