This is a beautiful, historic hotel, very charming, with a lovely garden, outdoor dining under a glorious old tree, by a lily pond and the pool. The restaurant's food (we had breakfast and dinner) were superb.

The downsides are that it took almost 2 hours in traffic to reach the hotel from the airport, there is no wifi in the rooms (!!), The air-conditioning was under-powered, and there is no lift, so the luggage has to be hauled up the stairs. Also, on arrival, I asked them to cancel my room I had booked for the day we were flying out (4 days later) because our flight had been changed to depart at 1pm, and now that I saw how long the trip to the airport was, there would be no chance to come back there for the day, they said ok, but when I put the request through on Booking.com, I was told the hotel refused and had charged me the full amount.

Wonderful small boutique hotel, gorgeous rooms and pool area, very good food, accommodating friendly staff, loved the outdoor shower.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, we traveled with family from Kottayam and felt welcomed and relaxed in the space!

The food could be better

We had an amazing stay in The Old Harbour Hotel. The staff were lovely, and we took full advantage of the yoga classes and breakfasts overlooking the gorgeous jungley garden. The garden view room was huge and spacious and came with mosquito repellent plug ins which we really appreciated. So much thought put into everything by all the people working at the Old Harbour. We had the very best time, and hope to see you again soon!

Beautiful garden and cozy premises . Great food and nice, helpful staff

location right next to the chinese nets got pretty noisy and dusty . the property was ridden with mosquitos and with no mosquito net, sleeping at night was a constant battle with mosquitos . rooms felt overpriced when we compared them to other places in kerala we stayed at but that could just be a fort cochin factor .

If you're planning to visit Fort Kochi, don't stay any other place than this!

the serene view from my hotel room, the Spanish/ European colonial inspired interiors and the hospitality of the staff were the highlight of my stay. it was like the best property to relax and unwind with nature ♥️
