Location is good and price is fair
The carpet in the room is disgusting, and there was mold in the shower. The place needs to be cleaned up.

Все отлично. Все соответствует фото. Было чисто и тепло. Кондиционер работал . Большая терраса. Номер тоже большой. Персонал приветливый.
После ужина пахло жаренным на весь отель до вечера, наверное вытяжки слабые на кухне. Но это если сидеть в отеле, если днем гулять- то все ок. Ну и из минусов, терраса на два номера. Надо быть к этому готовым, что соседи с вами будут дышать воздухом рядом:))

Great location (a few minutes walk from the embankment and the Anchiskhati church), professional staff, good breakfasts. Special thanks to Sandro, Natalia and Lika for their helpfulness and friendly attitude.

The location of the hotel was really good. You can reach everywhere bu walking. breakfast was average. If you don't much expecting in breakfast, you may like it.
The cleaning of the room was good at the first entrance, but during the 3 nights when we stayed, room was not cleaned in any way. towels were not changed, garbage was not taken. They should have cleaned the room at least once .This aspect definitely needs improvement.

Breakfast is good, and the lady who served us was extremely nice.
Our room is small, not like it shows on booking. Kettle is broken, hair dryer is not fixed on the wall, staff are too calm to show the hospitality.

I totally disliked breakfast. One should better have breakfast in some cafe outside.
Plus it was very noisy in the room - you hear everything, what’s going on in the lobby. I woke up at 6AM from some loud talks.
