Old and mixed either new interiors. Design’s wonderful and everywhere the quality was of a high standard.

good location- very central , big room but a little bit dark

The location is very good. Staff, especially Kevin, were very helpful and friendly. Room comfortable with a good view over the river. Daily wine and hors d'ouvres very good. Ice cream in freezer is a nice touch.

Thin walls and noisy neighbors whose dog barked frequently and incessantly. Building works messy and noisy and made access to hotel more awkward than usual. Lack of breakfast - just coffee and muffins.

Great staff. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect. We have returned twice so far and will likely go again.

While it was fine for us anyone who can't manage stairs would find it difficult to stay here. Other than that I have no complaints. It's a great place to stay.

Living space was extra large. We had a 2 bedroom with a very large living room & small kitchen space. Great view of river. Free coffee & muffins in the morning and wine and snacks in the evening. Nice robes were provided.

Cleanliness (especially in the bathroom) left a lot to be desired. There was probably 5 years of dirt all around the room on the top of the bathroom floor molding. The decorative indentations in the bathroom door have not been cleaned in a long time. Around the handle of the bathroom door, the paint was no longer white, but a very dirty gray. The upper ledge of the bathroom sink was dirty as well. They cleaned the bathroom floor daily, but never quite got behind the toilet. Eventho cleaning was supposed to be daily, one day they dropped off the new linens, etc. by the front door in a large plastic bag, but never came at all to clean our rooms. Our entry way included 3 rooms. Each room then replaced their own linens and left them in the hallway. Also trash from waste baskets were left in front entryway. I finally called the desk around 6pm and asked them to pick up all the mess in the front hall. The furnishings could be updated. The window sill in the master bedroom was full of dead no-see-um bugs. Ceiling A/C vent in master bedroom was filthy.

Location, staff, amenities. Nice touches with the ice cream, wine, coffee and muffins. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Room could have been cleaner. Dust on the bed frame, sides of the bathroom vanity. Floor right at the edge of the toilet was gross.
