Very nice modern room and bathroom. Good location. Staff allowed us to keep luggage inside before our check in so we went to check out Tel Aviv straight away :)

Excellent location of the hotel for people that want to enjoy the urban lifestyle! The interior is very lovely and modern.

There is no staff in the building and no room service even if you stay for several nights. The experience would be much better if the rooms were cleaned and towels replaced after every 2-3 nights. Additionally, other guests were not respectful when they returned from party, which would probably be different if there was someone always in the building For us, it was not a huge problem, but for others, the bars nearby could be an little bit too noisy.

it’s with self-checkin which went very smoothly, also the staff was very quick in responding. the room is small but fine for 1-2 nights. from outside, the building looks very old, but inside it’s really nice. it’s just around the corner of a very cool “bar” (Teder) inside a big courtyard.

Everything worked out great, service was nice too. Rooms were modern, clean and it was quiet. The neighborhood is also very nice, with lots of cool restaurants, bars and cafés around. Would definitely come again!

This hotel is a real gem hidden in a trendy urban area of Tel-Aviv that, year after year, is becoming more modern and young, with nice options of bars and night life (shoutout to the lovely Teder just across the corner). It’s also a pretty central spot to head down to Neve Tzedek and Yafo, or to go up to the beaches and Rothschild Boulevard (a fun ride to take on a shared scooter). There’s also a pleasant square/bike lane almost finished in the back of the building. Regarding facilities, somehow they manage to be even better than in the pictures. Rooms are quite bigger than they look (we took the one with no balcony), with high ceilings, new shower and AC, well decorated in a minimalist style. Good quality amenities, comfortable bed, and total blackout shades (plus, welcome snacks). I was concerned by a couple of comments on this website complaining on the noise from the bar downstairs, but the windows are sound proofed and we couldn’t hear the streets (and, yes, we were there in the Summer, during a weekend, and the streets were bustling). The common area is charming and has everything you need if you plan to cook during your stay – including complimentary Nespresso and beer. The self check-in/entrance gives you more privacy and made us to feel more comfortable, actually. Communication with the staff via email was great. And a special mention to the cleaning, that was impeccable. Apologizes my excitement, it’s just my opinion :)

The sheets had some stains (I'm sure they had been washed, so old ones) and the area is buzzing so it can be a bit noisy.

Complimentary beverages like coffee (nespresso), beer and tea! Great location just around the corner from one of the most fun clubs in Tel Aviv. Also the location is really good - just between Neve Tzedek and Florentin which both have a lot of good restaurants. Great complimentary service, and everything had a very new, fresh and clean look! We loved it!

Nothing, it was all perfect!

The location is perfect 🤩 The design is chic, functional and comfortable. The self check in a d check out mane you feel like you are walking into your own home which is really cool.

I feel the price is a bit too expensive.

I had a smooth checkin despite there being no receptionist (it’s self checkin). I needed to drop off my luggage early (and also leave my luggage at the end for a late flight), and both requests were accommodated with no hassle. Also, everything is clean and you can’t beat the location!

The walls are a little thin. I heard a baby crying quite loudly, though I luckily I sleep through most things.
