The staff were amazing We had booked a deluxe executive twin queen with lounge access on the 14th, the room was very good, however we were given a room with an office block opposite on the 14th floor, a bit of a disappointing view. I asked the receptionist if we could possibly have a room with a better view as we were there for 5 nights, the receptionist obliged and what a room he gave us… and what a view, the room was fantastic anyway, but to wake up or come back to the city skyline really made our holiday. Thank you all Omni staff, all went over and above 😀 I also have to mention the 14th floor lounge, what a great touch… made us feel like royalty

I though $45 per night was a bit excessive for parking but I really don’t want to complain as my stay was absolutely fantastic

Incredible location, across from Belk and above Essex Restaurant.

Coin bar not enough staff to keep up. Extremely slow

Staff were attentive and very friendly. The pool and bar are excellent.

Location, Room, cleanliness, staff, bar food, pool area, comfy bed, breakfast was delish

Valet parking could be cheaper $45 for the night was steeep
