Rundum zufrieden

Ein empfehlenswertes Hotel in guter Lage, wir würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen! Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 8. Stock zur Straße raus, so hatten wir es uns gewünscht und so haben wir es auch bekommen. Wir konnten sehr gut schlafen und es war sehr ruhig. Sehr sauber, bequeme Betten, tägliche Zimmerreinigung mit vielen frischen Handtüchern, großer Kühlschrank, extrem hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal (Shane, Zacchariah - :-))). Cable Car Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür, sichere Gegend, tolles Café für Frühstück, Lunch und Abendessen direkt nebenan (Roxanne's Café) mit für amerikanische Verhältnisse guten Preisen. Man kann aber auch im Hotel essen, haben wir aber nicht ausprobiert. Sehr positiv fanden wir auch, dass man den Geruch von Marihuana, der überall um den Union Square und den Bereich um die Powell Station wabert, in der Umgebung des Hotels überhaupt nicht hatte und auch keine Homeless. Für Familien mit Kindern absolut geeignet. Sehr gutes Mittelklasse Hotel, es könnte sich nur noch selbst übertreffen, indem es eine kleine Küchenzeile in den Zimmern anbietet.

Alles war super! In Bewertungen für vier Sterne Hotels habe ich gelesen, dass sich manche Gäste über schmutzige Fenster aufgeregt haben. In Amerika kann man Hotelzimmerfenster nicht von innen öffnen! Wie soll man sie also putzen? Das geht nur über eine Firma, die das von außen macht und die wird man ja wohl nicht monatlich beauftragen, sondern vermutlich halbjährlich. Dazwischen kann es also vorkommen, das Fenster dreckig sind. Wir hatten ein paar Tropfen an unseren Fensterscheiben und haben den blauen Himmel trotzdem immer super gesehen!

The perfect place to discover SF in a cosy mode

Idéalement situé, à 2 pas de chinatown, union square et du financial district. Et pour les transports, 2 lignes de câble car au pied de l'hôtel ! Chambre spacieuse, calme (sur l'arrière), personnel sympathique et aidant. Parfait ++

This is a fantastic hotel. Great location,very clean and tastefully decorated. Very safe area with lots of places to eat close by. You couldn’t ask for anything more. Great place to stay.

A great hotel in central San Francisco at reasonable prices - would recommend

Perfect location. Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants- right by a cable car stop (but good luck getting on one!) Staff were lovely and welcoming. Rooms weren’t huge but very comfortable and quiet and peaceful - perfect for our stay. Also free water stations a nice touch.

1) the first night we were allocated a room near the elevator. it was noisy! 2) the water pressure for shower is low. I took a long time to shower because of that

Not a happy time and not worth the money.

good location

The first room (suite) smelled realty stale, the second room was a little less stale so we stayed. We asked three times if they had air purifiers, no reply. I'm a tea drinker, asked for herbal tea, eventually they found a decaf green and an old water kettle. It was not the quality or amenities you would expect in a suite. The living room was very small but the bed was good, bathroom was good but one tiny bottle of body lotion...

The Hotel is very clean and the staff was friendly and a walking distance from the Union Square and everything is near within a walking distance. highly recommended.

Some times when I come back to the hotel after a long day, walking and visiting so many places I wished that the hotel is not on a top of the street, It’s San Francisco who cares 😃💞
