A bit dated

Fantastic Location and the rooms were quite spacious too.

During my stay there was lots of construction/renovation going on. every morning i would hear drills and construction work. and worst of all, i could hear the workers shout and argue every now and then. not something i wanted to hear every morning during my holidays.

Location was excellent, and the facilities in our Studio Apartment were well considered, appropriate and comfortable.

A small matter, but could MUGS be provided in the room, rather than the small teacups.

We just wished that the rooms were a little bigger and there's an option for an extended bed. Too big of a space for only 6 pax :)

Orchard Point Serviced Apartments is in an excellent location with shops, restaurants, food outlets, the MRT and buses to many locations close by. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and it has two bathrooms. The washing machine with an 18 minute cycle is a real bonus.

Major renovations were being done on the building. We were aware of this and we weren’t bothered by noise. However, for most of our stay only one of two lifts was operating. At busy times this caused congestion in the lobby.

You will feel bit of disappointment when entering through the main door and the lobby on the 6th floor for check in. Just hang on until you go to your room, you will feel equally good or even better. Unbeatable location, rooms are just brilliant, Filter water options, Toilet hand spray, again unbeatable location.

Location is amazing and the Indian housekeeping attendant, attended our apartment was pleasant.

I understood that I have made a non-refundable/adjustable/cancellation reservation, however, I believed the property should have a little bit of goodwill gesture and flexibility, as I faced challenges in our travel due to travelling with an a 8 months old baby for the first time. We physically checked in 3 days after our initial booking date. Condition of the apartment were horrible, there were ants everywhere, the AC leaked a couple of times during our stay, the shower pressure was low, a kitchen pot was missing, the pool was no way near to the photos published online....I only highlighted these points as I believed as a consumer, we should get the value of what we paid for. Unfortunately, the money spent on the 20-21 days of this property, did not meet the expectations and poorly below average.

The studio was clean and comfortable and we were surprised to find a washing machine in the kitchen area! Staff were helpful. Great location for accessing transport facilities.

They notified us of building works that would be taking place during the day time AFTER we had booked and the only problem is they have a "no refund no cancellation policy". I didn't think that was fair.

being a pure vegetarian it’s little difficult to get vegetarian food so had to order on grab application…also there should be daily cleaning instead of thrice a week

The apartment was spacious and clean. Location was good. Kitchen was well equipped. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was very clean.

The minimum booking requirement is 6 days which is inconvenient. If someone wants to extend the period of stay through another booking, yet another 6 days have to be booked and the concern authority does not allow to book for less number of days, which incurs additional cost and inconvenience. The property was going through repair and renovation. There were a lot of noise.

lay out of our room. Bed was at one end of the apartment and the wardrobe was up by the bathroom. Getting changed in the kitchen.

Proximity to shops, amenities were great, service from cleaners were exceptional.

Construction noises, however there was written warning which was great. Would prefer daily housekeeping - it seems they only attend to your room every few days. Also the entrance door requires a key card and a button to enter and exit, the security aren't helpful or gracious enough to open the doors for us. We were a family and with a toddler and a pram. It would have been nice if they could support us, rather than watching us struggle going in and out, and there was difficulty accessing ramps to reach the main road.
