Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte für mich nicht

Die Lage ist sehr gut - mitten in der Altstadt.

Mir der Sauberkeit war ich leider überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Vor allem im Badezimmer. Ausserdem sind die Wände gfühlt aus Papier und das Zimmer somit sehr hellhörig. Im Zimmer selbst haben die Klimaanlage und der Kühlschrank immer wieder Geräusche gemacht. Das war alles andere als erholsamer Schlaf.

The manager overcharged me and was very abrasive at times. Not so friendly or welcoming. Sometimes he will pass us and not say hello.

Very good

Personnel very kind and attentive. The hotel is located in a dead end, away from the noisy places. The terrace has a nice view. Hotel very clean.

No AC in the corridors. Tv system is somewhat obsolete. Only few Turkish channels available. The breakfest buffet is limited in choices. When it's hot, the AC of the terrace doesn't provide enough cold air.

Very good location, it is easy to get to the old city's private beach and to public konyaalti beach as well. You stay in the old city and each time you casually leave the hotel it turns into a pleasant walk, especially during the evening with illumination when the sun calms down. Owners are very nice and polite people. Breakfast is very good, I liked it very much since you can feel the local colour in the food, it is a buffet but with local dishes. I liked it better than the european buffet in the big hotels. The view on the terrace-roof is very nice, I enjoyed breakfast and evening time very much there. Also it is not that hot on the terrace even during the day since shadow covers the whole terrace and there is a nice sea breeze. I recommend this hotel to stay and enjoy living in the old city.

In our bathroom there were no mosquito nets in the window and we noticed how insects were entering the bathroom through the window, we killed it and closed the window, but this might be prevented for a better experience by installing mosquito nets to the bathroom's windows.

Lovely little gem

Great place for a weekend getaway in Antalya's old town. The staff is wonderful and they go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. I will definitely stay there again.

Great Location, helpful staff and airport pickup.

Excellent location. Close to nightlife but far enough away so not too loud at night. The mosque is down the street so you will get a 5am wake up call.

Breakfast is not served until 8:30 and there was no juice or water. The French toast was appreciated as the staff cooks it daily.

Great price, excellent location.

The location is great as it’s a few minutes walk from the main spots in Antalya and it’s surrounded by restaurants. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is great!

The room was a bit shabby, needs some maintenance.

We visit friends in antalya regularly and we have stayed at the ozmen twice before. 10 out of 10

All gd for us we are in our late 40s. BUT if you hav mobility problems there are lots of steep stairs.

Osmen hotel have an amazing team, everyone from the reception Saladin to yunas who were so welcoming and helpful, to the lovely chef Zainab who makes the best menemen, I've ever had her mom's recipe. They made our stay really comfortable and memorable definitely will come and stay again. Thank you to everyone at Osmen hotel . A Anwar

Would not recommend

This hotel doesn't have any elevators, but the staff graciously volunteered to help us with carrying our luggage up 2 flights. Good location.

This hotel is a bit run down. Neither the breakfast area nor the room looked as nice as the pictures. Would not go back to this hotel. We booked in Euro but they charged our credit card in Lira using a specific site that give a higher exchange rate to them than a web search returns. We protested unsuccessfully. All the other hotels we went to in Turkey either charged in Euro or just used the rate returned by doing a quick web search for conversion.

Nice staff but tiny room.

The breakfast was the highlight of the stay. The food is good and there is a beautiful view from the terrace. The location in the Old Town is terrific. The staff were responsive and helpful, and let us check in early. The air conditioner worked well.

The room was tiny. Although it was a double, it would have been small even for a single. There was barely enough room for our luggage. This was not what I expected when I booked the room. In view of the discomfort, the room was badly overpriced.

We stayed for only one night at this hotel during our stay in Antalya, and were a bit disappointed. Even thought it's a two-star hotel, for the price we paid (82 euros per night) we expected better facilities. It's an old hotel, the room was tiny with scarce space to leave our luggage in, and the bathroom was extremely tight, with the shower hanging beside the toilet as the "showering space". The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was average at best. The location is excellent at the heart of old Antalya.

Overall, It doesn’t worth the money

The location is good. Quiet although it is in the old city. Younis and Zainab , are the best.

The rooms are small and not comfortable. The towels are old and used a lot!! The breakfast has not much varieties and every day was the same!! No water bottle in the room! The rate of the room is expensive especially the hotel doesn’t have any facilities like pool, gym; etc

Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodation and got speaking to a member of staff who even showed me around one night. Had some trouble with travelling arrangements and they were very accommodating in giving me an extra night. Highly recommend.

Good location in the historical centre. Nice views from the roof during the breakfast.

The room was not very clean - there was dust and other debris as well as hairs on the floor. There was hair in the toilet bowel. The trashcan wasn't emptied after the previous guests. Beds looked clean, but as the rest of the room was dirty we were uncomfortable sleeping on them.

Brilliant, can't wait to return!

Amazing location in the Old Town, Kaleici, lovely breakfast provided on the rooftop with a gorgeous view. Air conditioning and a good sized room, very efficient optional laundry service, nice and friendly staff, and excellent free WiFi provided. Can't wait to come back!

The bathroom wall of our room was quite thin so it was easy to hear other guests. However, once in the room with the bathroom door closed we didn't hear anyone.

Location is perfect, in the hearth of old city.

The room was pretty small, especially bathroom. When you take a shower, everything is wet and slippery, there is no space between toilet and the shower. Towels were so rough, that it’s like a super peeling😆 There was big variety of food for breakfast, but the main thing was missing. When we asked for water(or juice), personnel told us to go to the reception and buy it there(again 3 floors downstairs).

The room was nothing like the pictures. It was almost on the basement, with a very weird bathroom door that you can hear/smell everything. Very small room with no renovation done. At breakfast there is no water or juice

The breakfast available for one hour after that with even 10m they will collect the dishes even while you standing to reach the food and turn off the coffee machine with deadly face😂
