Отель - для скучающих по классической турции. Тесный, забитый, за год состарившийся. На фото с 3 бассейнами у букинга- вся территория отеля. Номера тесные, для людей с детьми не очень удобные, у многих нет балкона) и открывающихся окон) любим посетителями, занимающими лежаки своими полотенцами часа в 4 утра , но сами ими начинают пользоваться после обеда. Лежаков на всех не хватает тотально, отчего сразу ощущаешь себя на Анапском пляже. Завтраки по разнообразию вроде хорошие, но есть там нечего, а если есть что, то этого хватает первым 10 схватившим))
Но персонал в части уборки и рецепции услужливый. Место расположено недалеко от популярного пляжа Карон, у отеля нет своего выхода к морю- это сказки, у отеля есть задняя дверь на улицу, по которой идет дорога к пляжу5 минут. Пляж грязный, многолюдный- опять же для любителей Анапы и Турции былых времен.
Плюс отеля, что он находится рядом с кафешками и стрит фудом. И вот стрит фуд это его один огромный плюс- вкусно, недорого, атмосферно, можно объесться свежими морепродуктами и фруктами за копейки

Location is great, just opposite Kata night market and along a bustling street with lots of restaurants within steps. Hotel is family friendly too. Room is comfortable and good enough for families. Water slides and water play facilities are a plus to keep the little ones busy as well.
Breakfast options can be better.

Чистый номер, только шторы были все в пятнах, на это нужно обращать внимание персонала, чистые бассейны, завтраки нормальные, в целом твердая 4 по европейским меркам.
Очень шумная улица рядом, шум стоит до 3-4 часов ночи, просто дикий ор, сам пляж Ката хуже и море там грязнее по сравнению с Кэроном, до Кэрона минут 10-15 идти. На Кате в 20-х числах января появились медузы😞Так же менеджменту неплохо было бы обратить внимание на проживающих - 99 процентов-русские, ну или русскоговорящие точно, и при этом показывать вечерние мультики на английском немного странно, так же информацию на стендах можно на русском размещать дополнительно.

Месторасположение супер! Много кафе, магазинов, массажных салонов. Но не самое лучшее место если ходить пешком на море. (До хорошего пляжа придется далеко идти).
Вежливый персонал. Есть горки для детей в бассейне.

Trop de monde, ça devient une usine en particulier au petit déjeuner.
Selon l’heure certains produits manquent au buffet. Il n’y a pas assez de personnel pour le nombre de clients.
Clientèle majoritairement très malpoli et bruyante.
Mauvaise isolation sonore. On entend les gens parler, pour ne pas dire crier dans le couloir. La direction de l’hôtel laisse faire ces comportements irrespectueux.
De plus j’ai eu pendant 4 jours une chambre mitoyenne. J’avais l’impression que les voisins étaient dans la chambre. On a fini par me changer de chambre après plusieurs réclamations.

The staff were amazing & super friendly, the Room is specious & the pool room has the best view , I managed to see my daughter from the balcony while she was swimming , the location is the best location in Kata beach . Highly recommended for families

Pochissime persone dello staff parlano inglese . Al check in non ne stata data nessuna informazione per quanto riguarda la struttura . Ho dovuto "estorcere informazioni" . Assenza di room service . Lavanderia non effettua lavaggio a mano .

Franchement l'hotel est top pour les familles, tout est fait pour que les enfants y passent de belles vacances, la piscine principale est à une température parfaite et c'est vraiment bien agencé ! L'hotel est ouvert à la rue, et c'est vraiment pratique, il est super bien situé ! En face il y a divers stands de nourriture et des bars c'est top ! Le personnel est hyper agréable et souriant. Il y a une porte qui donne directement accès à la plage. Tout est parfait, je n'ai rien à dire d'autre, je reviendrai !

Территория зеленая 😍, но портит вид пересохший канал-водосток (ленивая речка ))), хз как правильно назвать))). Персонал приветливый! Чистота и комфорт. Удобные матрас и подушки!Завтраки отличные, была даже каша ))).
Дозаторы мыла и геля для душа в номере уже вышли из строя (номер делюкс), вода плохо регулируется. Пляж рядом, но никакой))). Если на машине/байк, то можно уезжать на другие пляжи. Мы были одну ночь, поэтому даже не купались, очень много лодок и грязная вода.

Great location, very close to the beach, great breakfast options, clean pools. Room was clean and well maintained in time, cleaning ladies are very considerate of the timing when they clean and someone comes to double check that all is clean.
Rooms (without the balcony) are too small for a family stay, it is not possible to open the window and get fresh air which was annoying. Restaurant food was not great so we had to go out for dinner however, There are many options. It would have been convenient if we were able to have dinner at the hotel.

Great location, right in the heart of Kata and just a few steps away from the beach. We travelled with young kids and they had lots of fun using the two kid’s pools.

The stay at OZO was lovely as staff are quite attentive and will try to help solve any of your request. The breakfast buffet spread was good but for the children section, it does not have much variation. My family enjoyed the pool and we love how fun the children section is. Would stay here again in future as we find the stay overall satisfying. :)
I think the overall is quite good but noticed the bathroom which we stayed in constantly gets clogged even after service.

Egal um welche Uhrzeit, wenn es ein Problem gab war immer jemand da und zuständig, wir mussten nicht lange auf Hilfe warten.
Zum Beispiel war eine Sicherung für den TV draußen, um 23 Uhr wurde das Problem noch rasch behoben.
Der Balkon war etwas sinnlos, weil man im ganzen Haus nicht rauchen darf. Das Zimmer an sich war nicht das größte. Die Betten und Polster sehr fein. Klimaanlage nicht so übertrieben kalt wie meistens, war angenehm.

I rarely give 10 stars, but OZO really deserves it. The place is super comfortable and safe. Staff take a lot of pride and effort in maintaining and the cleanliness of the hotel and making the place feel comfy. Hard workers who deserve a pay raise. Good location near Kata Beach (3 min walk from the hotel's beach gate) and there are nearby affordable food options. Also, the buffet breakfast was tasty.
After checking out, luggage storage is also available and you can use the amenities including swimming pool and shower. We felt very accommodated and impressed. Thank you OZO!

Super clean and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Located in a great part of Kata Beach, close to the very busy beach and markets. In a flat location (parts of Kata quite steep). Rooms were spotless. Great buffet breakfast. Hotel very helpful organising trips. Recommend the Big Buddha/temple/Phuket town tour and the shorter elephant sanctuary, both fabulous.

I really liked the service and the attention to the customer by the staff. Also I really loved the hotel was super clean in every place, not only the room (even the pool, you couldn’t find anything dirty). The hotel is super new and with a really kind staff. It’s so close to Kata Beach with a direct exit right to street to the beach (2 minutes by legs). I have been really impressed and I’ll come back for sure next time.

Honestly an amazing stay for anyone with kids. The pools are great, movie nights and extras are awesome too. Everyone was really friendly and breakfast was nice too. In room camping was awesome to check in to. Markets every night nearby and lots of restaurants and shops right outside. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Отель - новый, красивая и ухоженная территория, есть детская зона с горками в бассейне, по вечерам для детей мини-кинотеатр на лужайке + ужин/закуски (сами не ходили, но выглядело уютно и здорово)
Расположение - очень понравилось, все в доступности, большое количество кафе, ночной рынок, аптека сетевая прям в отеле со стороны улицы Watson, много ресторанов с русским меню и едой, также большое количество предложений для экскурсий на улице.
Пляж - у отеля есть свой выход в сторону пляжа, но назвать это 1-й линией не могу все же, наверно больше подходит 2-я линия, т.к. пешком ну минут 5 может, далее лежаки на пляже 100бат - 1 лежак. Сам пляж отличный, хорошо подходит для детей, отливов в ноябре можно сказать не было
Завтраки - многие критикуют, наверно и я это сделаю, т.к. через пару дней приедается, хотелось бы наверно больше разнообразия, в целом норм, но это вот единственное в чем хотелось бы изменение

В отеле прекрасно всё:
1. Расположение (рядом два пляжа: Ката Бич через калитку в 4 минутах неспешной ходьбы, Карон Бич в 10 минутах ходьбы; рядом 7/11, массажный салон, аптека, кофейня)
2. Номера: продуманная и функциональная обстановка, очень удобная кровать, отличные подушки
3. Территория отеля: чистые бассейны, в т.ч. детский, две водные горки, симпатичные растения :)
4. Завтрак - разнообразный с большим количеством блюд, менялся каждый день. Много фруктов (6 -7 видов), отдельный детский стол ( с кашей, шоколадным молоком, хлопьями, маленькими кексами, морковными палочками)
