Comfortable, clean hotel with friendly staff

Clean and comfortable stay with family. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Location as it was far from all the main attractions and streets of Chandigarh.

Great Stay, Awesome Hospitality

Location is good. Staff was good. Well taken care of. We were helped with light meal though not a part of menu in dead of night when we requested the same due to a medical condition and the staff obliged happily.

The hotel needs to work on its Laundry. The person knocks on your door in the morning to ask for Laundry which creates unnecessary hassles.

Convenient, yes, as far as the location is concerned. But Overall not a great experience.

1. Location is good, right on National Highway, so unnecessary detours in this traffic-clogged town. 2. Front Desk, quick check-in. Nice people. 3. The Hotel could accomodate both requests - High Fool and Double bed. 4. Breakfast was sumptuous.

1. Housekeeping Part 1 - The airconditioner filter was completely choked, resulting in minimal flow of cool air. We had to sizzle at 24 degrees in a suffocating environment while the housekeeping kept on patronising and lecturing us on the good virtue called patience for 2 hours before they finally acted on our threat to shift to a different hotel and replaced the clogged filter. Within minutes the temperature of the room came down to 21. Care to regularly clean filters can not only lower cooling efficiency but also create unhygienic conditions when pathogens breed in the accumulated dirt. 2. Housekeeping Part 2 - The bed linen was having hair the water in the flower pot water was smelly. The floor had to be sweeped again upon arrival, though the housekeeping staff insisted that the room had been thoroughly cleaned prior to arrival. 3. Parking - The basement parking is not connected to hotel lobby and guests hace to walk through open area after exiting the hotel to reach the car, come hail or scorching heat. There is actually a passage that would permit guesta to avoid heat, but that is purportedly reserved for staff. 4. Security Staff - Very peculiar behaviour. At times the security staff acts high-handed and prevent guests from parking in some slots in basement parking saying that these are reserved for the "MD" (whatever that is supposed to mean, but I guess the franchisee owner) and at other times they just could not care less. It appears that there is no standard protocol or operating instructions given to them. Repeated references to "MD" seems to disparage the status of guests. If such is the importance of "MD" in the hospitality industry, why not book the entire property for the "MD" !!

Overall, a comfortable two nights stay.

Almost everything. Overall clean place. Courteous staff. Abundance of drinking water, tea, coffee supplies.

1. Smell in the rooms ( some faint off smell). 2. Small flying insects in bathrooms ( pl improve pest management) 3. Towels were not fresh enough 4. Showers maintenance could be improved Pl use this information for internal improvements. Not intended to be negative
