Room & bathroom immaculately clean! Cool coffee machine, room had great complimentary popcorn & other snacks though I only used the popcorn. Reception outstanding - very professional & friendly! Great location central & right across from Bryant Park!

the best decision we made for this trip was to stay at this hotel. it’s an all around great place to stay. we had a wonderful time and enjoyed being in such a central location which probably has the best staff in the city. highly recommended. Thank you Harry, Yovanni, Raquelle and Maria for making us feel at home.

Location, you can do everything walking or use the subway. The room was nice and very clean.

The bed could have a bigger comforter considering it was a two people ocupation. The same for the robe, it was only one and with no changes during the stay. The housekeepers change the towels everyday, what wouldnt be necesary if the bathroom had two hangers. But can’t say the same about the sheets. What was surprinsingly disappoint was that during the 4 days any soda bottle that we consumed were disposed. And sometimes the clothes weren’t folded/hanged. I was expecting more in services.

The elevators were rather slow

The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Also, people in other rooms were very quiet. The housekeeping staff were extremely considerate and accommodating.

I think the reception area could do with jazzing up a bit.

Le bar rooftop fermé pour rénovation, pas de petit déjeuner, pas d’ascenseur dédié au personnel ce qui fait qu’aux heures de ménage c’est compliqué d’avoir l’ascenseur disponible Manque de vie dans l’hôtel, on aurait pu se croire dans un appartement par chance beaucoup de take away autour de l’hôtel

Ein stilvolles und sauberes Hotel, direkt am Bryantpark. Kleines gemütliches Zimmer, mit modernem Bad.

Das Zimmer lag im 4. Stock, in Richtung Park. Super zentrale und schöne Lage, aber in der Nacht an Wochentagen leider sehr laut, da am Bryantpark eine Baustelle war und relativ viel Verkehr.

Geweldige locatie en mooi appartement, vriendelijk personeel, goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Apartement is ook goed geïsoleerd waardoor het heerlijk rustig was.

Ik zou als hotel iets meer uitleg geven over parkeermogelijkheden en waar je je auto kunt zetten om uit te laden.

The staff went above and beyond. Upon reading our note that we had neurodivergent people in our party, Raquelle and Arlette upgraded our room to a quieter floor and room and left us earplugs and a kind note. The room was clean, we appreciated the refillable water station so we didn't have to buy water bottles, and they held our luggage for free, which some NYC hotels do not. The location was convenient for everything we needed to do in town and we hope we can stay there again soon.

The friendliness of the staff from all at the staff especially at the front desk. it was also so welcoming that the front staff recognised me from a previous stay making me feel extra welcome. The rooms are good size and beds are comfortable, but the main thing the location is close to everything.

The hotel was overall in a good location and the staff were nice

There was only two elevator and most of the time one was broken. The rooms are tiny and felt cramped up even though we had the premium room in highest floor, we could barely see battery park. At the end I also had some extra charges on my card for no reason that took them a while to fix it

Great central location across from Bryant Park, near subway and Grand Central, and Broadway shows. Also close to excellent restaurants and Whole Foods. Terrace level is great any time of day for gathering or privacy. Most of all, the staff is very high quality. Not harried, but relaxed and very helpful and knowledgeable. They make all the difference!

We had a great stay! The location was excellent, close to everything. The hotel itself was beautiful and the room was very comfortable. They cleaned the room everyday. They had water stations on our floor which was a plus. I would recommend and would definitely consider staying again when in the city!

I wish they had breakfast included!

J’ai attendu 1 h pour avoir papier toilette dans la chambre et de la glace pour ma cheville car je me suis faite une entorse . Mais malheureusement, nada personne n’est venu malgres mes 4 appels réception et house skipping. Par contre comme j’ai râlé par rapport à ça ils ne m’ont pas fais payé le late checkout . C’est un minimum !

Há bons restaurantes nas proximidades, inclusive padarias, para o café da manhã, que não é disponibilizado pelo hotel. O Bryant Park, logo em frente, na época que precede o Natal, também tem atrações extras (feira de Natal e pista de patinação).

O hotel não tem café da manhã, apenas disponibiliza térmicas com café, água quente, leite, aguá saborizada e chá, que podem ser acompanhados por alguns doces (mini bolos, muffins, brioches, etc.), pagos à parte.

Die Lage direkt am Bryant Park ist perfekt, da man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß nahezu alles erreichen kann. 5-10 Min. zum Times Square; 2 Min in die 5th Avenue, ….

위치가 환상적임. 걸어다니기에도 너무 좋고, 근처에 지하철역에 거의 모든 호선이 다 있어서 정말 위치가 너무너무 탁월함. 숙소 바로 앞이 브라이언트 파크고 창밖으로 공립도서관이 보이니 말 다했음. 6층 테라스에서 제공되는 커피랑 티 서비스도 좋았음. 빵도 무척 맛있는데 바로 아래 베이커리 제품으로 추정됨. 직원들도 모두 친절함. 그 외에도 호텔 바로 아래 베이커리, 레스토랑이 모두 수준 이상이라 매우 만족스러움(헤리티지 베이커리 진심 맛있음). 룸청소는 로비에 말하면 바로바로 해주는데 6박 동안 2번 정도 받았음. 방은 아주 넓지도 좁지도 않았고(스튜디오 룸 기준) 매우 깨끗한 편임. 생수는 엘리베이터 앞에서 언제든 떠 먹을 수 있음(공병이 있는데 그게 찝찝하면 본인이 사용하던 생수병이나 컵을 이용하면 됨). 로비에 있는 직원들 모두 인사도 잘 해주고 늘 친절하게 문도 열어주고 정말 프렌들리했음. 체크인 하는 사람이 많아 붐비던 날 로비에서 룸청소 얘기하려고 기다리는데, 짐 맡아주는 업무 하던 직원이 먼저 뭐 도와줄까? 하고 센스있게 물어봐주고. 바로바로 처리도 해줬음. 체크아웃하고 짐도 저녁 늦게까지 맡아주고,, 다시 뉴욕에 와도 이 호텔로 오고 싶을 만큼 다 괜찮았음. 암튼 약간의 불편함이 있다 한들, 위치와 깔끔함이 모든 걸 상쇄시켜버리는 호텔임.

The location was great, walking distance to everything you would want and close to different subway stations for getting further afield, the Terrazzo Lounge and the staff who worked there were brilliant we did out first look wedding photos up there and they were fab, giving us some champagne and in the evening giving us a comfy sofa space to have some cocktails despite us not reserving it.

I made a couple of requests by email before hand for some champagne glasses and a tall stool for my wedding makeup, I was told they didn’t have any stools (we borrowed one from the terrazzo lounge so they clearly did have them) when booking this hotel the reviews say how they go above and beyond for special occasions room upgrades and treats in the room so I was hopeful that we might have got a little something. I’d booked a premier high floor and had high expectations, unfortunately it was nothing to write home about and definitely no ‘treats for our special occasion’ we had a partial view of the park which was nice but the furniture was old, dated and chipped. The bathroom was a glass box with a sliding door right next to the bed there was a considerable gap with the door closed and from the toilet I could see the person sat on the sofa and they could see me absolutely no privacy. I booked this hotel because of the reviews. I looked at the reviews again and noticed that the people getting top notch service were those who had booked directly through the hotel and those who booked through a third party site such as booking.com were not getting the same. I don’t believe this was worth the £2500 I paid, I’ve had much better service and value for money from cheaper hotels in central Manhattan if you want people to book direct don’t put your rooms on 3rd party sites. .
