Superb

The location in the waterfall park and the room. The staff was very nice and very kind.

The hot tub in our room wasn't clean (with hairs inside). The resturant was expensive for the dinner.

Fantastic property, absolutely beautiful top to bottom, wonderful staff and good food. can wait to go back! Be prepared for many, many stairs.

the sound carries the surrounding rooms so can be a bit noisy if you’re near a family

Luxury feel, with views felt pampered. Good food.

A little noisy when guests moving in. Hyped up prices for wine & food in restaurant/bars.

One of the most unique and beautiful places we've ever stayed. Lovely environment & excellent staff.

The staff are wonderful. The location and amenities are excellent and we love the nature and variety of animals. We really enjoyed the opportunity to feed the animals as well. We also truly appreciate the efforts to maintain the natural surroundings and take care of the lovely area.

There is nothing we did not like. It is expensive and would love to stay longer, if not so. But, it is still worth the expense and effort. Thank you all.

beautiful resort and a fancy bathroom with double spas. great view from the balcony. very helpful staff. it is truly a five star luxury hotel.

food has a great presentation but doesn’t taste as good as some of the local restaurants.

go to the park do not stay in the hotel it’s over priced for the value

the views are amazing and the room was nice.

not enough pools the heated one was taken by a family and we had to stay in the jacuzzi because the other pool is not heated.

Peace Lodge was a truly remarkable and peaceful experience.

We enjoyed eatinng at the Big Trout as well as the Colibri restaurant. The food was delicious yet the service staff definitely needs some service training. Very kind, just not fulfilling the level of service provided everywhere else.

I'm sorry the fees are so much higher in January as we'd like to return. Perhaps next August.

An experience worth having, since it is inside the La Paz Waterfalls park.

The room was very nice and spacious (2 jacuzzis and a fireplace!) and it was a really nice experience to be inside the park and enjoy it at different times. The hotel is very nice and well located to visit the Poas Volcano (less than half an hour). We also had the chance to feed tucans, sloths and hummingbirds, which was the most amazing experience.

We got there late at night and the 2 additional beds for my kids were not ready. Also, they were not very comfortable. On the other hand, the breakfast menu was made in a way that if you wanted to have a proper continental breakfast, you would end up paying about 35-40 dollars!

The room wad very big and comfortable. The view was amazing

The noise from the trucks was disturbing. And the coffee machine at the restaurant was broken and there was no capuchino. I expect at rhis level of hotel to fix it immediately and not let us drive away for coffee at all our stay.

Rooms will leave you speechless, with gorgeous grounds to explore at this very special resort

The rooms are exceptional...river stone fireplaces, waterfalls with all live plants in the bathroom, balconies with hot tubs, etc...And the grounds are spectacular...hummingbirds everywhere and flowers blooming all around. The animal sanctuary is well done and the hike to the waterfalls is steps from your door. Staff is friendly and helpful. Be sure to do the frog tour and the animal feeding...these were highlights of our stay.

The food is good but quite quite expensive. For the price of the room per night, breakfast should be included. A welcome drink would be a nice addition to reception.

Extremely nice, spacious and modern villas, amazing views from the balcony and outside jacuzzi on top of that! crowd-free access early morning through the park and waterfalls as no outside visitors are allowed at that time.

As road is very close you can still hear noise at night and early morning, i guess breakfast can be included looking at the price you pay.
