The website said city view but there was no view at all and the room smelt very dusty.

Very good location for what we needed and comfortable hotel

location was perfect for a concert at Marvel Stadium.

Unfortunately our kettle wasnt working, but as it was the weekend, we didnt bother following up for a new one.

Suited our needs whilst going to see the Rugby- Go Melbourne Storm

Dylan & his SW ( support worker) had a wonderful time - the room was comfortable as were the beds.

There was no kitchen working but guess it’s hard to find people to fill these spots at the moment.

Very nice accomodation, Comfortable and clean. Comfy beds. Great location as went to Marvel stadium.

No food available on site. Could get take out, but would have been nice to have something available.

Comfortable, clean and lovely staff

Staff were amazing very friendly and happy to help

The TV remote didn’t work well and made the TV lag and we couldn’t find a menu anywhere for room service, if it wasn’t so late though I’m sure we would have asked the staff and they would have helped we were just much too tired so ordered door dash. The staff brought it up though which was so lovely!

Location to my requirements were good. The bed and room layout were good.

Access for booking in was not straight forward. 24hr reception had no one around at 5am for checkout..

Good but noisy

The breakfast was nice, and the bathroom was well-designed.

It was very noisy (especially at night) as I could hear the water running from the other room, as well as the housekeeping. This made it difficult to sleep.

Very comfortable and easy access to everything

It was the perfect location, there was a tram right out the front that can take you into the city, but also very close to Marvel Stadium which made it easy going to the footy. The staff were lovely and very helpful. A fantastic amount of space in the room and the bathroom was also nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, walk or tram to CBD. No noise to be heard inside!

Good location

We loved the location nice and close to the city and we had a tram stop directly out the front door. Staff were friendly and accommodating. It had everything we needed for a short 2 night stay.

It was disappointing.

The location was handy for a variety of venues and activities. Trams and taxi and walking.

The cost of the room being $800 per night we were expecting something quite special. It was just a standard hotel room. The bed was too soft the pillows were too soft. The bed was "made" during the day to a non existant standard! Just sort of pulled across, No tucking, no resetting. There was no room service available, we were told to get Uber if we were hungry. Breakfast was very ordinary. Coffee station was cold coffee. The air con in the room, seemed to do very little at achieving constant temp, it was warm then would give a blast of cold. It was also a very dirty unit (perhaps due to the construction going on outside our balcony. One of the reasons I was happy to pay $800 was to get a balcony. We did not use it. Construction and men working right next door. Waste of $800 booking with the balcony. It was meant to be a special break and birthday treat for my husband who hasn't had a weekend off work since January! It was disappointing, there was no attention to detail. The hotel has an eco model for the bathroom supplies which is a great idea. But the products on offer smell awful, so you don't use them anyway, that's a false economy, take your own.

Fabulous Accommodation!!

Perfection position Close to everything and tram was just outside. Place and room was exceptionally clean. Absolutely lovely staff and very prompt in assisting us every time. Breakfast was lovely. Beds where very comfortable and it made our visit to Melbourne so much easier and comfortable. Thank you so much guys. We will be definitely staying next time we visit.
