Everything - location, facilities, decor, architecture, food, activities/experiences, and most especially the staff.

Afternoon tea and evening cocktail are nice for food and beverages.

House keeping did not check the utilities in the bath room ,shower gel were empty ,lack of toilet tissue and facial tissues for Suite room ( not suitable with expensive price).

The best experience

Their service is at the top, every staff was so nice, food was great, the breath-taking views. They met (even exceeded) all the expectations that I was looking for a family trip. It did take some efforts to get in there as it's located in the mountains, but it was worth everything.

The restaurant only

The facilities, the level of service and the experience are honestly not matching the price you pay for it. The hotel is well located but the architecture is not well integrated in the landscape, outside and inside. It looks like a very standard American hotel, cold and charmless. The rooms are not well isolated and you can hear every night some loud parties from the village nearby. It’s apparently all the time like that. No or poor answers with their WhatsApp messages..

The view is breathtaking & staff is very nice

Your staff is beyond exceptional kind. He tried to fix my shoes so I can go hiking. The view is breathtaking.

Additional breakfast & food prices too expensive. The way path to the room is open air so if it's rainning you'll get wet from the lift to the stairs. Not recommend for eldery people.

The room, the service, and package tour.

No 24hrs in room dining service, as the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, its hard to find alternative foods when we arrive late. Our access card was unable to be used at 11am, while the checkout time is at 12pm.

Superb

Stay at Plataran Bromo feel like we life on the clouds. It was so good for revealed stress. Clearly, it so refresh since the air quality was so good, the ambience of the mountain and also the place was peaceful. I really like the small garden, that looks like garden by the bay on Singapore but it was in the small version.

Since the building mostly made from wood, it became a little problem because the room has not soundproof, especially in the middle on the night when everyone was in rush to driving a jeep to catch up the sunrise
