A little expensive

Staff were wonderful and it was a great place to stay.

Location was good.

The room was dark not good light, bathroom exhaust fan was not working, breakfast was ok....not worth for money ...no complimentary water bottle and the worst part was my mum had skin infection after the stay.

We were very impressed with our visit from start to finish. The staff were welcoming, professional and very helpful. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet (both from noise outside the hotel and between rooms). Breakfast was included in our stay and the buffet was fresh and had a good range of food on offer. Great city location close to the mall andRundle street eateries. We will definitely be back again.

The hotel was okay - the staff was exceptional! Everyone went out of their way to make my stay wonderful, from the front desk team to the housekeeping staff. They were all friendly, helpful, and incredibly polite. There was just one exception - a staff member in the restaurant wearing a blue uniform, who seemed like a supervisor or manager. I think they could benefit from some retraining on customer service, as their approach felt a bit brusque. But beyond that, the hotel was okay. The location was perfect! It was within easy walking distance of all the major sights and attractions, which made exploring the city a breeze. Plus, there was this charming little park right in front of the hotel, which was a great spot to relax and soak up the atmosphere.

Cleanliness: The room's cleanliness was abysmal. Dust bunnies filled the corners, and it appeared the bed-heads hadn't been vacuumed in ages." Room description: The Booking.com description of the room was completely inaccurate. It promised a Superior Double Room with Two Double Beds, but I was instead assigned a cramped space with only two doubles." Room service: Room service requests were significantly delayed, likely due to understaffing." Public holiday surcharge: I was surprised by the public holiday surcharge on valet parking and F&B, which wasn't mentioned during check-in." Breakfast staff: One breakfast staff member, a woman in a blue uniform, was noticeably unhelpful compared to her colleagues. While she may benefit from customer service training, perhaps a role change to a better-suited position would be more effective."

Location to CBD is very good Best Bed and Pillows I've slept in while travelling.
