Beautiful and large room, very clean, great location.

Rooms were spacious. Excellent breakfast buffet and menu options. Great rooftop bar with delicious pizzas.

Didn’t realize it was literally right in Chinatown, which makes for a weird front entrance (and even odder side alley entrance from the Uber). Front desk staff were not particularly friendly or helpful (or even knowledgeable.

We absolutely loved your breakfast. Top marks to those who prepared it. There was an amazing choice of foods. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The central city location is a big winner and our room was quiet.

The pizza we ate at Blossoms was cold.

The hotel rooms are fantastic, they are a great size, they have heaps of mirrors which was great for my girl friends and I. The staff are extremely accomodating anything you need is not an issue. The rooms have speakers and ghd hair straighteners. The room service is phenomenal the pizza is an absolute must. Thank you for an amazing stay. I have stayed in many hotels in melbourne this is my favourite. Will be back in April!

Great location

Amazing location and absolutely incredible staff. Rooms presented impeccably ever day of our stay. Sparkling water tap on each level outstanding. And valet parking spot on.

No pool

The location was great once we found it. Make sure to know where you can park as it is a one way street.

The pillows were way too high for a smaller person which didn’t make us sleep very well, otherwise the room was perfect.

Clean and well located.

There was no valet at the drive up entrance to meet us. Hard to find reception from there, while you are double parked in a laneway. Very stessful experience. Rooms were very small but very expensive
