직원들 전반적인 교육 필요

사람들이 많지 않아서 조용히 휴식 하기에는 좋음

1.객실 청소 미흡- 누구인가 신은 양말이 침대 사이드 테이블에 그대로 있어서 사진 찍고 퇴실 할때 프론트 직원에게 보여줌 2.침대 시트에서 먼지가 너무 날리며 베개 시트에서는 냄새가 남. 3.지하 식당 ,노래방 기타등등- 문 닫은 곳도 있으며 전반적으로 가격이 너무 비쌈. 4.복도 지나갈때 직원분들께 인사 해도 무뚝뚝 하게 그냥 지나감.

We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for 2N on 12-14 Mar. This property is on top of a hill and has a nice look out. We drove, so the property is a great base to get to YongPyong ski field & easy access to town with very nice food options and supermarkets. It was off season so the property is quiet and surrounding is so surreal. Wifi is without issue and parking is free at the basement.

Sauna was closed for renovations, so disappointing.

Well priced and good quality hotel, would stay again.

Excellent quality hotel, clean and comfortable in terms of bedding and room configuration. Good range of food options and very reasonably priced downstairs.

Rooms were extremely hot. As it’s a little out of town and away from ski resort, would be good to have the shuttles run a few more times per day.

It was a good experience!

I liked the ski rental shop , they had everything you could possible need , the staff in particular Jaeyoung Jeon were extremely helpful and looking after our needs ( they even helped us order food on the take away app) ,always greeting us with a smile . The ski rental shop had better prices for equipment rental , ski / snowboard classes , ski lift passes ( compared to the ski resort we went to yongpyong) . The ski ( Jay ) and snowboard instructor ( Bill )were very good and professional .

The food court was very poor , the fact that the sauna and gym was closed Tuesday/ Wednesday . I would highly recommend to eat either in yongpyong resort or just Oder take away .

대관령에서 편안한 휴식

호텔이라 쾌적하고 대관령 산속에 있어서 제대로 쉬는 느낌입니다.

주차장이 조금 부족하고 베개가 너무 물렁해서 좀 불편했네요.ㅎ

동네가 조용하고 한산.가격대비 시설도 모두 좋고 직원도 친절하며 청소를 세심히 깨끗하게되어 잇습니다.

싱크도 잇는만큼 식기류도 최소 구비되엇으면 합니다 다락방 기능을 이용할 침구나 방석잇으면 좋겟어요 편의점외에 이용할 시설이 없어요

Great stay in beautiful countryside, also in Summer

The hotel is huge, we had some problems to find our the room, but managed with the help of the nice staff.

fall short of expectation

Shower water comes out well. The staffs are kind.

The room is small. Sound of air conditioner is too loud. There’s no light-some part of the parking lot is very dark.

A luxury break on our week long driving trip of Korea

Decided to stay as part of our driving trip around Korea and this place was so relaxing we upgraded our room and stayed another night. High recommend the café and Alpaca farm just a short walk from the hotel. The spa/sauna was just what we needed and the arcade room was also a bit of fun

When we tried to extend our booking reception told us there was no rooms available, so we then went on Booking.com and booked a room! Seemed weird but hey we got to stay longer which was all that mattered. Not many vegetarian choices from the restaurants in nearby.

Very good

The bed was so comfortable. The Spa, but you’ll be charged 10000 Won. Enough space for parking.

In the women spa 4 from 5 whirlpool tubs didn’t work. Saturday is too expensive, it’s not worth that. The room is too small.

Nice and spacious villa with plenty of room

The size and rooms as well as number of beds were wrongly advertised. The villa booked accommodated 6 pax but was advertised for only 3. As a result we booked an extra room as we were a party of 5 which we did not use but the hotel was also not forthcoming to cancel it.

Superb

Excellent and spacious facilities - with convenience store, laundry, coffee shop and family restaurant all on site. Located a little further out of town but gives the location a more rural feel and set up well for families. Hotel ski shuttle to Yong Peyong was very helpful.

Disappointing

I had asked the front desk to lower the temperature and they said they did but the room temperature didn't change for the 2 days that I was staying there. I had trouble sleeping in the room due to it.

Great option for a ski weekend

This was the perfect option for a ski weekend! Comfortable and great views. The staff were kind and very helpful. - Restaurants and CU on the grounds so you don’t have to go anywhere after a day on the slopes

Whilst it had a good location, the accommodation did not meet expectations.

The location was good - close to the mountain with a free shuttle bus to and from Alpensia and Yongypong. There was also a free shuttle bus to Jinbu for the KTX. Good scenic view of the landscape out of our window. There is a ski-shop at the hotel which sells ski goggles and rents ski clothing.

It cost 10,000 won to enter the spa/sauna. The hotel does not allow togs to be worn in the spa. The spa closes at 9pm with last entry at 8pm. We arrived at 7:59pm to the spa and were initially refused entry. The room had cooking facilities (i.e. microwave and stove-top) but it had no cooking utensils (no bowls, pot, cutlery etc). There were no vegetarian/vegan food options at the hotel. The 'Pizza, Chicken and Beer' restaurant did not serve pizza. Unfortunately, the post-skiing experience at the hotel was disappointing.

Overall is good

Number of trip for shuttle bus to and from skiing resort and Jinbu Station very less Restaurant didn’t open at lunch hour and we have to walk down to city near by due to no shuttle bus provided by the hotel

Getaway from the cities

This review is geared to travelers like me who have never been to Korea before. Location. Tiny dot on map that says Pyeongchang is more than an hour taxi ride from where the Ramada is and Olympics were. Pyeongchang is a large mountainous geographic region. Gangwon is the right town. Jimbo is the closest train station. The Ramada Manager lived in Chicago and speaks fluent English. Other staff try their best. Room is big, chic, has a loft and really big view. Instant coffee packets in room, cups, kettle, sink, heat, Japanese toilet, elevators, shuttle to ski areas and train sta and costs less than my 3rd floor walk up hostel room in Itaewon Seoul. Coffee shop in lobby. Complete ski gear and equipment rental next to lobby. Convenience store, pool, gym and restaurants on lower levels. Don't hold me to price: Hotels tend to change rates depending on local events. I stayed 5 nights over the holidays. You might have to have hotel call you a taxi if shuttle times don't work. I had to find a taxi back from the ski area. Dog park, dog treat cafe and livestock farm is the only tourist thing nearby. Happy dogs.

Glamping available but my dog park day was the only warmish one. Most days were normal cold winter. One day was so cold the coffee shops were full of skiers. Bring Arctic weather gear or expect to go clothes shopping.

we loved the coziness of the condo and the fact there are restaurants in the hotel if you felt like staying in.

The gym was closed both days we were there.
