Good stay on a budget

Great quality on a budget. Caring staff and spacious rooms. Breakfast was decent. Will definitely stay again

didn't stay - money to be returned and well past 48 hours maximum time for a refund

the management of the third party transaction that meant that I as a paying customer was not to be right nor to be staying at the hotel, told in the lobby that they had helped many others and while I had stayed there many times - that they did not feel that helping nor assisting further their place in their corporations transaction, whom they act as agents and representatives of and for, was on that day to act on my behalf as the customer. They had to immediately have their corporation issue to me an apology on the corporate letterhead - yet the 48 hours for a refund has taken 4 days and still awaiting the refund I was told to expect.

Great convenient place near LAX

Location great for LAX. Rooms really big - not the most modern, but clean and bed very comfortable. DIY breakfast was good , and staff helpful. Only drawback is that the courtesy transfer from LAX only operates if you call the hotel and request a pick up. We waited almost 2 hours before we realised this, and had to borrow a phone - our uk phone inoperable.

Information on how to access the courtesy transfer from LAX. Rooms would benefit from modernisation.

Nice enough place. Right price. handy for the airport.

Swimming pool is a bit grotty. Needs to be cleaned regularly.

It's a really old hotel that is dilapidating but the breakfast was pretty good.

The bedsheets had wear and literal tear. There were mosquitoes on the corridor on the day we arrived and everyday after. Right bedside a bin on the general area above the pool. The sink in my bathroom was broken and had been patched up real bad.

The continental breakfast, and the staff.

I was placed in a room with wine stains on the carpet, shower curtain was frayed at the bottom, there was a trash can outside my room which was over flowing with garbage on my first night. Too much weed smell in the room.

2nd stay 3rd floor

This was my 2nd time staying here, this time on the 3rd floor. The room is spacious, the bed was comfortable with plenty pillows & blanket. Room has a refrigerator, microwave, a Keurig, and love seat. TV is updated with cable channels. Breakfast available from 6:30-9:30am.

The refrigerator in my room kept making loud noises which kept me up at times. The shower head only had 1 setting and the toilet paper is hard to access from being so close to the toilet. The walls are thin- could hear the neighbors having "adult fun". Tried to add another day- was going to be charged $400.00 so I checked out.
