The room was damp and had a very strong musty smell of dirty, wet carpet.

It was very dirty. Carpet in the room had holes in it. Hall way carpet was very filthy. Mold and mildew on the shower.

Lobby and hallway dingy said there was grab and go breakfast but only coffee

Our room was dirty. We found hair in our bed. There was a large crack in the tub and the tub wasn't clean. We had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean our room. We had to ask for new bedding. We were only given a top sheet and new pillow cases. When we went to check out we told them about our experience and were told no refunds with an attitude. We didn't expect a refund but you could of offered a precentage off our bill. When your paying $150+ for a suite. The least you could do is have the room clean for your customers!!! Its pathetic! Funny part is the maids have the nerve to leave behind an envelope requesting a tip.

The location was great and the room was nice and cleaned.

The room smelt like cigarette smoke.

Andrea was wonderful! She was very accommodating when we couldn't figure out the whirlpool and she helped with recommendations for places to eat. Wonderful service.

I hope a real breakfast comes back soon.

The woman who is at the front desk when we checked in on Friday night and worked tirelessly keeping track of incoming guests doing the laundry she was super friendly professional she should get a big fat raise she was working so hard the only complaint I have is that the room was so wet it’s as if the air conditioning couldn’t pull the moisture out of the carpet in the fabrics in the room otherwise it was fine Marinette is a really pretty city I’m glad we went there

It was the perfect location. We traveled to the water falls and the Bay. Nice restaurants within walking distance.

The bag breakfast. Could have regular hot breakfast. Order ahead of time. Orders could have had pick up times.

Covid bagged breakfast. Didn’t participate. Location good. Staff fine. Room adequate. Bed comfortable.

The location, the receptionist was very friendly during checkout.

There's a lot of garbage all over the ground outside, looks dirty. On the mattress there's a footlong spot dirty kind of looks like blood. So obviously they saw it when they made the bed. That was disgusting.

For a bagged breakfast it was ok. The bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet. Quick and easy check-in/out

Carpets need a thorough cleaning. Wifi was spotty. Room smelled kind of musty. Break out the real breakfast and ditch the bags.
