Leider keine 5 Sterne.

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick. Der Strand ist in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Große Auswahl beim Frühstück, sehr viele asiatische Speisen. Transfer nach Mui Ne konnte organisiert werden.

Leider passt das Preis-und Leistungs-Verhältnis eines 5 Sternehotels nicht zusammen. Man erhält für den hoteleigenen Strand einen Voucher, hierbei wird jedoch nicht erwähnt das dieser nur für 3 Stunden gültig ist. Nach 3 Stunden wird man vom Security-Mitarbeiter am Strand auf eine nicht sonderlich höfliche Weise darauf hingewiesen und muss die Liege verlassen, auch wenn Liegen frei sind und keine anderen Gäste warten. Dann legt man sich mit seinem Handtuch nebenan in den Sand des öffentlichen Strand. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel nicht sehr ansprechend. Zudem haben wir die zuvor aus anderen Hotel gewohnte Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Hotelpersonals vermisst.

Ok hotel, needs a good clean and re camp , reception staff great

Staff were nice and room was comfortable

Dining area was really dirty, tables and floors needed a good wash , lady making eggs was so miserable and angry. Upstairs bar and pool area was also dirty and very shabby

A wonderful hotel with hard working and helpful staff that made our vacation memorable.

The hotel had great facilities, the pool was great and we never struggled to find a sun lounger even during the day. It was close to the beach and easy to access the town by grab bike or taxi. The pool bar had good food, which was made better by the food and drink voucher we received. The room itself was amazing, the view was incredible we ended up sleeping with the curtains open a few of the days! The staff were so helpful and we really had an amazing stay :)

The only thing I would say is that the property is a little far from some of the town and beach activities but it’s still walkable if you’re into that. With the heat, it’s a little hard to bear walking around so we mostly used grab. The breakfast was also a little lacking at times, particularly the roasting machine but overall not too bad for the convenience.

Exceptional staff with great amenities and in a convenient location.

I really enjoyed the location of this property; it seemed to b near everything beach related.

There was a knocking sound which disrupted my sleep the first night. Also, the cleaning staff were talking very loudly quite early in the morning.

Unfortunately this hotel does not live up to the advertised 5 star expectation.

the rooms and the building is modern and pleasant. Room was nice, good aircon and wonderful ocean view. Sound insulation was decent. Staff is pleasant. They offer free airport pickup and drop-off and a complimentary massage session.

The hotel is located in a messy neighborhood. Crossing to the beach is quite stressful, because of the crazy traffic that never stops. The private beach wasn’t exactly private, there was an artist who tried to sell us things and when we told him we weren’t interested he clearly wasn’t happy. The hotel seems to be very popular among large mainland Chinese and Russian groups, which felt overwhelming at times. Not ideal for couples or other travellers looking for a relaxing holiday. Breakfast was average. Wish it had less carbs and more clean protein and fiber options. We had a terrible experience with their tour desk. We wanted to do snorkeling and asked for a recommend tour. We mentioned our preferred language is English. We were suggested a 3 Island tour that featured two hours of snorkeling according to the brochure, as the most popular tour. What we got the next day was - not suitable for snorkeling at all. We were told to walk around the beach instead. Only when we said we wanted to go back to the hotel, that the guide got a boat to take us out to the snorkel area. Literally no one did snorkelling in that area though. The guide also then said that this area isn’t good for snorkelling. - the group was not in English. The guide just translated a few key instructions for just the two of us (time and location to meet). That is not a “tour in English” - Organization was terrible, delayed by an hour, felt stressful and unsafe. It was really not made for foreign travellers. The hotel should not be selling this tour at all. We lost a whole day of our vacation, were very stressed and angry. Needless to say no refund was given. We asked to be dropped back at the hotel immediately, but the guide kept asking us to “help” him by staying on the tour. The hotel called us to calm us down but they didn’t seem to understand the main issue and lacked empathy. If you are planning to do snorkeling or any other tour, use a different provider

no coffee machine in the room. it’s rude to hang off our phone call while responding to the pickup issue only by “we are busy right now”.

Highly recommended

Our room was at 25th floor and therefore views were stunning. Staff was really great and helpful and they arranged us airport shuttles to both directions. Also private beach was really nice addition.

Gym could have more equipments but otherswise really good.

Five stars?

Got an upgrade with balcony toward the ocean and a massage voucher. Really nice view from the room. Nice pool and body massage. Room with AC. Shower and bathtub separated. Mirror with lightning.

No AC in common areas like the lobby, corridors and elevator. Sky lounge was closed. Do not like the wall-to-wall carpet in the hotel room, feels nasty. The curtain in the bathroom did not cover the whole bathroom window. Food was okay.

Nothing beats waking up to a view of the beach and delicious breakfast.

Thank you Queen Ann Hotel and staff for making mi family's beach vacation at Nha Trang a lovely and relaxing experience.

Many surfaces in the room showed smudge mark and stains around the night stands, bedframe and drawers Nothing a wet cloth couldn't have wiped down. No big deal but noticeable.

Not the 5 star hotel as they claim to be!I would not say this hotel is higher than a 3-4 star hotel.

We went to Queen Ann Nha Trang Hotel based on images & description available online. There were not much helpful reviews but we went ahead with Premier Twin Ocean View Balcony on 22nd floor. Hotel is 40 mins approx drive and they provided free airport transfers. We informed them about our flight landing time and their representative was available to receive us. - Room: Make sure you get an ocean view room. We got an ocean view room, and it was so nice waking up to beach view every morning. Spacious clean great view and space for everything. Comfortable beds, plugs each side ample storage space for things etc. large bathroom with rain shower plus large bath. - Location: Very good location with walkable distance to many good food and the Nha Trang Beach.The famous Nha Trang Beach is just across the street, short walk from hotel. There is a lot of marts, convenience stores, walking distance from various restaurants. - Staff: Staff are mostly friendly and helpful. Some people did not know English but still we were able to communicate for what we wanted. - The complimentary platter of fruits that was waiting for us in the room was a good idea.

Downsides: - Hotel asks for your passports or 100$ as deposit. It would be better if the hotel informed about this in advance instead of informed us about this at the time of check-in. - Complimentary breakfast buffet: The food in the restaurant wasn’t the best. The breakfast was below standard for a 5 star hotel. Food and drinks options are limited. Breakfast selection especially fruits station, drinks station and bakery station can also be improved in terms of quality and could have more variety. - Rubber slippers in the room: looked very old and worn and it would be better if they were replaced with textile ones or in cotton or waffle material - No welcome drinks & refreshing towels during check-in

amazing hotel, highly reccomended for a good family stay.

This hotel was fantastic. amazing quality staff. really clean hotel with good amenities like pool and private beach. breakfast was superb. I would definitely recommend friends and family to stay. we had an awesome offer for free to and from airport taxi service! that was much appreciated.

noisy construction near by. also hotel is just slightly off from city center but not too bad.

A bit of luxury.

Lovely hotel, great location and rooms. View was amazing and breakfast was very good. Was a bonus having free transfer to airport which is around 40 minutes away. Enjoyed the bath and the clothesline in the bathroom was a bonus. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Demolition of buildings across the road made it quite noisy and they worked through the weekend. Could hear noise even with windows and curtains drawn.
