In general, the stay was nothing to be cherished about. The 1 day stay was one hilarious experience.

Just the location and pool experience

The service in this hotel is just bad.. starting with sales/marketing being unreliable, front desk being incompetent, restaurant staffs all being slow and for management who can't seem to handle dispute concerns which I have encountered personally with their staffs and employees.

Great hotel experience. We will be returning.

The staff were very helpful and attentive. The villa we stayed in was top notch. Facilities were amazing. Wish I had discovered this sooner.

The hotel missed to put the bear that I ordered which was supposedly a birthday surprise for my daughter when we enter the room. But it was sorted out eventually.

Generally, a great stay for me, worth coming back!

I like most the people, starting from Jason at front desk, Ghin, and those servers / waiters in the restaurant at breakfast (sorry, I’ll get your names next time) and dinner. They are great personalities who best represent the above par quality service of Quest Hotel. Keep up the excellent work and service, team Quest. 👍

Those at the restaurant who got the list of guests to avail of breakfast. I was a bit off on the first breakfast day, 17th, when I was told by the staff at the reception that my room rsvn was only for packed breakfast. When it was made clear at front desk when I checked in that I have 2 more pax for dine-in. And it caused some delay, there were guests behind me then, since she had to re-check the list. I suggest that there should be a better way to “communicate” such a misunderstanding without necessarily making the guest feel awkward (like how i felt then).

My family was thoroughly impressed by their unmatched hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly, and throughout our stay, they went above and beyond to cater our needs. The lounge staff, including Chelsea, Nichole, Emmanuel, and Bernard, were particularly exceptional, providing attentive and friendly service that made us feel like we are valued guests. The rooms were cozy and well-appointed, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotels amenities, such as the pool and children's play area, were also top-notch. I highly recommend Quest Plus Clark and we can't wait to come back!

Great location to get to tourist sites

Booking by booking.com . My flight were moved by Cebu pac and I needed to adjust the hotel dates free like it said.. but the only way was to cancel the booking and rebook.. issue was that if I did that there was no space available even though I was just leaving a day early.. the hotel said it was booking.com issue

It's a great place for staycation!

The room is excellent, spacious and clean. No mirror in the room except inside the toilet. The buffet breakfast is good, lots of variety but the cooked meat selection is not much. If you like western style breakfast this is good. The location is great, easy to navigate and near to cafes, food and hangout places.

The standard check out time is 1 hr earlier than most hotels. Need to check out at 11 am instead of 12 nn.

A “meh” experience for a special occassion.

Facilities were great

Just pretty dissatisfied with their breakfast buffet. the choices were limited compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in, and they take a really long while to refill the food, until they had to close the buffet. I find that rude.

Great and comfortable stay

it’s a nice area, and pollution is minimal. there are restaurants and coffee shop nearby. museum is a must to see and it’s near the hotel. there’s also 7/11 shop.
