The room in the old part of the hotel, where I stayed, had moisture damage in the room. The AC also had a lot of noice. The gym facility was small and had also severe moisture damage. Furtermore, we rent a conference room, which was very expensive, without any extra services (coffee service etc.). Not even a monitor available.

Our flight arrived at one We had requested an early check in and we're told we could be accommodated We sat in the reception area waiting until the exact check in time 3pm and had to ask then to get in the room

Food was excellent we ate in the small restaurant and it was wonderful

Radisson did not honor my reservation. At the thick of the evening turned to night and i had to find somewhere else to stay. They said they were sold out completely, so why have it available on booking?

They could have accommodated me or find another place for me to stay since they didn't honor my reservations.

location was good; best part were the staff. friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. Food was good too.

I liked nothing

Very low standard and the black birds were awful. I felt like they were in my room and a horror movie. I didn’t even stay one night… I left for another hotel
