Agradable lugar, pero algunas renovaciones estarian bien para algunas habitaciones.

El staff siempre estuvo atento para ayudarnos. Aun asi, tuvimos problemas con los huespedes de la proxima habitacion.

Clean, friendly, affordable

The staff was very hospitable and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and nice. We had a comfortable stay and will choose to come back when we visit Calgary again.

Comfortable and clean.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and chatty. The property was clean and comfortable and had great facilities like a gym and pool. The restaurant was great too! Servers were attentive and the food was delicious.

The airport shuttle took a long time to collect me when I arrived.

The bathroom is nice. The room is big and nice

The bed was terrible. One side of if seem like 2 seperate pieces combine together. Lost sleep for the first night and have to use the sofa to sleep second night Washroom wasn’t so clean when arrived. Still see hair on toilet bowl

The staff is rude and not great at communication. They gave me a limit of 2 shuttle rides my whole stay even though i was there for business and needed Transporation. Staff does not care about guests. I called at night to order water and they said there is no room service and that I am out of luck.

Disappointing

housekeeping Quality sooo Poor! stains were everywhere, arround sink, bathroom doors, table was not wiped + bed was made like from used sheets. Very dissapointed.

Exceptional

We use the hotel shuttle to arrive at the hotel from the airport and it was very easy. We arrived really late at the hotel but the staff was very kind and we can used the swimming pool. The room was clean and big enough for a family of 4

For a one night stay, it was very good.

First room given to us was not cleaned from previous guests. Had to get issued another room. It was cleaned. Just had

Airport shuttle. Closes at 11 pm. Opens at 6 or 7 am. We had a late flight arriving at 11 pm & had to get a taxi. Our flight in the am left at 8 am so we had to get a taxi. We booked this hotel because it said it had a shuttle but it was not 24 hour. This needs to be added to the site to call about shuttle times before booking. Cost us 25.00 each way for a 2.5 km taxi ride.
