The walls are very thin. I can hear people from the above unit, including the next-door room. The WIFI is spotty at best.

Check in staff was not friendly. I have a broken wrist so I'm in a splint. No help was offered. Morning staff was more friendly and professional it seemed. Restaurant bartender was very nice/professional. (I ate dinner at the bar.)

The staff were very kind and helpful, the room was big, and it had a big and very comfy bed, great AC unit, and it was very clean. I had a very pleasant stay.

There was a slight issue with the toilet where it got clogged the first day of my stay, probably from the guests staying there before, but the repair guy came and fixed it very quickly.

Comfortable bed. Easy access to shuttle from airport to hotel and back. Reasonable park, sleep fly rates. Pleasant terrace on a small lake, decent food and good beer.

Late night selection of beer and wine was down to almost nothing in the convenience shop when we arrived back at after midnight. No breakfast items for sale in the convenience shop.

Breakfast was great with a beautiful relaxing view. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I dined and had breakfast at the restaurant. Enjoyed my short stay very much!

Location was near to Cascade Station that houses shops from Starbucks to Target to Panda Express to IKEA. You name it and it is there. The hotel staff was courteous. The environment was peaceful and clean. Exactly what we had wished for.

The Wifi could have been better. Also even though I was not charged for parking because of the length of my stay I wish it was free for anybody staying in the hotel even for short duration of time.

washroom is clean

stayed on the third floor and I can hear the footsteps from the upper floor. The insulation is bad that I can hear loud voice of the occupant and smell of cannabis going in to our room. It is not good place to stay if you have kids.

Comfortable, clean room.

I was woken several times in the middle of the night by a train passing nearby. The property anticipates this and in the room there was a notice saying earplugs are provided but there were none in my room (I checked in late and didn't have the energy to go investigate after I arrived - I wish I had). A spent a miserable, sleepless night with an early wakeup to catch a plane. Unless you are a very deep sleeper, I would avoid.

What can I say, I do not think that there are enough words! Arrived at noon and asked to leave my bags so I could just walk around the lake and get some air. A combination of snow and feeling unsafe in the city meant I had nothing to really do before I flew the following day. The guys on reception not only checked me in early, but upgraded me to a king sized bed for free! The room was exactly what I wanted, it was homely and comfortable with all the amenities, and WARM. This was something a high end competition in the city failed miserably on. The staff were all friendly, I booked my air port bus ride, it felt very safe for a solo traveller and the food and drink at the restaurant was amazing. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough with the care that they give to travellers.

That I did not stay here for the whole week and drive into the city.
