La taille de la chambre, les produits du petit déjeuner.

Aucun générateur pour le loadsheding, inadmissible pour le prix de la chambre. Un personnel parfois peu aimable pour ce style d'hôtel, une qualité de repas du soir peu convaincante.

The location is perfect. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you.

I feel that the table in the room is a bit awkward and does take up too much space.

Superb location, fantastic staff and everything you want wrapped in a funky package!

The staff were superb! Lloyd you made us feel so welcome, thank you! Everyone went out of their way to assist, be kind and make us happy! What a great team. Such a great group of people.

When I first arrived I thought I’d find it too ‘young’ ‘hip’ and ‘happening’ but we loved it. The location is superb, facilities fab and the homemade granola- wow!! I’m smiling thinking about it! Radisson Blu is more my usual vibe but I have to commend you!

Lovely and Relaxing

The hotel design and deco is brilliant - it oozes a fun industrial chic vibe . The staff are amazing and eager to help and full of good cheer. Rooms are quiet, comfortable and compact . Housekeeping were like elves -no signs or sounds , yet they kept the place extremly clean. Breakfast had lots of good choices and plenty . Location is perfect for walking to the waterfront . The view from our room of the Table Mountain was simply fantastic .

Room size though adequate had little storage/wardrobe /drawer space but it still worked.

It was our 2nd visit. Quality of room restaurant and service were as per our expectations.

The location was perfect. The room was very modern, to our expectation. The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed nice food at the different hotel restaurants.

It was our 2nd visit to the hotel and we were a bit disappointed with the breakfast.

Location was good Staff were all so friendly and helpful Nice free still and sparkling water fountain

Rooms a little cramped, especially bathroom. No shower cap or body lotion and didn’t replenish the tea or coffee daily. Also disorganised with the cleaning

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für die Besichtigung von Kapstadt

Perfekte Lage um Kapstadt zu besichtigen, direkt an der Waterfront. Wir hatten einen super Blick auf den Industriehafen, Signal Hill, Lions Head und sogar den Tafelberg konnte man sehen. Der Hop on Hop Off Bus fährt direkt daran vorbei mit einer Haltestelle (nur die rote Route!). Wir würden wieder kommen :)! Parkhaus direkt dabei, war zwar innen schlecht ausgeschildert, aber ein Mitarbeiter im Parkhaus hatte gefragt wo wir hinwollen und hat uns mit dem Rad bis zum Parkplatz begleitet. (er gehört wohl zum Parkhaus, weil das Problem bekannt ist)

Fenster waren nicht zu öffnen. Beim Load Shedding (das man ansonsten nicht gemerkt hat), ging durch den zwar sehr kurzen Stromausfall die Klimaanlage nachts volle Stärke an.

I loved the concept of the hotel. Customer services and the blinds spoilt it for me a little bit.

Location is convenient.

The blinds in our room was not working. We communicated with reception but nobody communicated back to us. We stayed for 4 nights on the last night just before bedtime someone knocked on our door to check if we’ve moved… flabbergasted. Zero communication. Needless to say very disappointed. I’ve emailed the hotel and I’ve had no response from them.

This place makes everyone feel cool

I loved the cheerful, helpfull staff, particularly Keegan at front desk. I'm oldish and this place is very cool but l was made welcome and Keegan went out of his way!

Good hotel in a fantastic location.

The room was lovely (despite some weird design features - like the legs of the table sticking out which resulted in a few stubbed toes) and the view of Table Mountain was fantastic. The location is right on the waterfront which is great for bars, restaurants and tourist attractions. Easy access to other areas of Cape Town. Staff were lovely and breakfast was really good.

Really just the table legs!! The style of the hotel is a bit 'upmarket hostel' but it's a lovely place.

Service I booked online at booking.com for bed and breakfast. At the accommodation, they advised that breakfast wasn't included. On the day of check-out, I requested a porter, eventually had to carry my own luggage out, as no one came through to assist. When I got to reception, they advised that I called the wrong extension, so they were not aware. There are no proper directory lists at the room. These type of services need to be more clear. They were out of hot chocolate. Its a cold season, they were meant to stock up.
