Nos cobraron al llegar 16 dls por uso de la playa y sus toallas, sin darnos ticket o recibo, no te hacen limpieza diaria

Las camas, almohadas cómodas

El personal, no tiene playa privada ni acceso sencillo, te cobran extra por usar toallas

Nos gustó todo, pero más el desayuno ya que la persona que atiende el comedor es siempre muy amable y muy atento

I was very unlikely to stay at this hotel again.

It is close to the beach

Very bad customer service. On the second day of our stay, upon returning to our room we realized that we could not access our room, since the access cards were locked!!! I went to the front desk and after waiting more than 15 minutes to be served, even though a person was "working" on his computer and I asked to be served, he told me to wait for me. He helped me and I explained my problem and I gave him my cards, he unlocked them and he told me that's it. And when I asked him why they had blocked it, he said: I don't know. He didn't even apologize. In addition to this, our room was not cleaned during our entire stay!!!! I asked the cleaning staff about this and was informed that they only cleaned rooms on Tuesdays and Thursdays. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

No vale la pena

Solo que la habitación estaba limpia

La regadera no había el agua caliente, tardaron mucho en repararla, no funcionaba el frigorífico, no hicieron limpieza de las habitaciones, faltaba el teléfono en una habitación y en otro la silla. Las escaleras estaban sucias, ya no hay asadores, todos se cayeron.

Over filled trashing place

Like the rooms

I had to ask to change room there was no parking where my room was. Broken phone No pillows they look like couch pillows wrapped. Place was trashing pool was full this place needs 2 pools They left cleaning cart up stairs visible like they forgot them there.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Also the beach access was nice. The beds were comfortable.

When we got there the check in person looked at us like "yeah what do you want". He didn't even greet us or give us any information about where the pool was or beach access was or anything at all really. We had to figure it out and look around. Also pool was super crowded and couldn't even get in. And I don't know if the park next to it is theirs but it was under construction. I had booked this hotel also because the park. And the parking is kind of bad wish there was some way you could park close the room you are assign to.

Gentleman in front lobby was rude

The beds were incredible

The old gentleman was rude, and instead of apologizing for not being able to answer the phone. He was rude and making excuses. I get it, you get busy but your hotel depends on us, the customers. I went to go ask for more towels and told them they shouldn't charge me for towels that I don't have, and was rude and murmuring words to his other staff members about what I had just told him. It wasn't my fault that their was a sign in my room saying I would be charged for towels missing. They should just take off the sign. Instead of giving people attitudes for letting staff know. No matter how much you hate your job. Act like you like it. If the front office is not your thing, then find a new job to your liking that you will enjoy.

the staff was rude and not very friendly. I was charged $15 for toothpaste being on a towel, the staff informed me that i ruined the towel with toothpaste

Not Worth It

The Location

Upon arrival I was asked to return at check in time 3pm. At 3pm check-in , waited 30mins in line only for the personnel to tell me there wasn't any rooms available. I asked them if they were also going to turn away the 10 people in line behind me? The front desk receptionist became flustered and called over the Walkie-talkie to housekeeping if they had anything ready for a Double Queen room. He then asked me for ID & card on file. He was breathing hard and rolling his eyes. He asked me for Plate # Car type. The group of ladies he helped before me he smiled at them quickly gave them their room and even said not to worry about safety deposit or plate #. I received my room card. My room was not a Queen room but a Full standard room had No Curtains (only blinds), The Bathroom door was broken you could not close it all the way. The phone, clock and coffee machine did not work. It was a very bad stay 😕
