Staff was very friendly and courteous. Room was neat, clean and bed was comfortable.

Personnel très stupide. Mon mari est allé réceptionné la chambre alirsssur je m’occupais du petit dans la voiture. La réceptionniste a absolument voulu me voir en personne (c’est moi qui a réservé la chambre)avec carte cb et carte d’identité. Elle n’a pas accepté qu’on paie en liquide . Elle a du mettre 30 min pour nous remette la clé de la chambre. Elle avait une façon de parler très hard

it was quiet, safe, rooms clean, easy access off street, good location to restaurants, and stores, etc.

Difficulty getting to our room on the third floor due to stairway near our room being broken and blocked for what is assume repairs also not enough shower towels per the number of people we had staying in our room.

carpet very dirty room looked to be being renovated… no skirting and wallpaper peeling

no microwave avail for guests, unacceptable for that price and supposedd quality of ramada, must be not doing well to do that to us. . not even in lobby had to go to 7-eleven to make a bag of popcorn. only suites w kitchenettes have MW. Econolodge and most private motels have a microwave somewhere for us to use.

The property is in tired condition- Inside our room 224: wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom; toilet kept running after being flushed; Beds were not made up on a daily basis (we read fresh linens every three days but no mention of not making up the beds) Outside: the carpet on walkway was wet and appeared to be old; stairway by our room was taped off; paint peeling on other stairway
